I visited this Subway and was looking at the menu, taking a moment to decide what I wanted. While I was still deciding, the staff started talking to each other in another language over me. This made me uncomfortable and disrupted my ability to focus on ordering. It also made me feel ignored, as if I wasn’t even present.
I would appreciate better customer awareness and professionalism — specifically, keeping conversations appropriate and in a language all customers can understand when interacting at the counter. Respectful communication goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment.

Super outdated decor, asked for a pinch of lettuce as I'm a picky eater want wanted a tiny amount of lettuce. Employee proceeds to put on 3 handfuls of lettuce on. Somebody need to tell them that a pinch means a little bit, not 3 handfuls.

I paid extra for alot of stuff and they didnt’t add any. I scheduled my order for 12:30 and had to wait till 12:50 to pick it up. The employee was rude, wasn’t on task. The worst possible subway I could have. I even ordered 3 foot longs and got 2 footlongs(they were wrong, I ordered steak they gave me turkey) with a mini sandwich. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER COME HERE.

Worst subway I’ve ever gotten. Forgot an add on I paid extra for, didn’t put the sauce I added Meat tasted like it had gone bad, guy seemed stressed out and had 10 orders to do alone, bread was incredibly stale. All around bad experience 😐

I order a festive faves meal and they say just online when I was ordering in the place for a week ,very bad service they don want to apply the promotions that subway have , and Punjabi people are the worst to service

Horrible customer service!! they saw me and made me wait with no one around, that’s ok, what isn’t ok is when they started making my sandwich after it came out of the toaster while I’m standing there waiting, they start talking to their coworkers and start making someone else sandwich while I’m just standing around!
