Went there this afternoon to pickup a mobile order. The Indian guy at the front asked me for $0.25 for a bag. Really? First time being charged for asking a bag with my prepaid takeout order for more than two items. Disappointed

I usually don’t leave reviews, but if I do, it means I had a really bad experience. I come to this Subway around 6ish for my lunch break, but after today, I’m done. As I was about to take a bite, I noticed the middle of the chicken was pink and clearly undercooked. It didn’t look safe to eat at all. I showed it to the staff, but instead of addressing the issue, they just told me it was “precooked” and dismissed my concern—no apology, no care, nothing. Seriously? Serving undercooked chicken is a huge health risk, and the fact that they didn’t even acknowledge it makes it even worse. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I can on a Sunday night at 7:12pm and the both doors was locked despite the open sign. Made me waste the gas money to come out here for a sandwich.

It's fine when we can get there, but they often close unpredictably. Several times I've tried to go and found it closed early without explanation. This latest time, my wife was told it was cash only at 6:45, so she went to get cash. When she returned from the ATM three hours before the posted closing time they told her they closed the tills already and wouldn't serve her.
I get that unexpected things sometimes happen, but they don't seem to try very hard to avoid closures when something does come up. It makes this place unreliable. I guess if I want to go there I should call ahead next time? I'm not likely to bother.

The person behind the counter was rude and unprofessional when I asked to get my sub grilled she sighed and just said we don't grill sandwiches...which is weird because not only have I gotten mine grilled at that very store I've been getting them grilled for years every single time I go. It's never been an issue before

The male employee who i think works Monday to Friday is the kindest, sweetest, and most generous sandwich artist I've ever had. Every time i go to this subway, he is an absolute gem AND makes THE BEST sandwich!!!! We are sad if he is not working, the world needs more of him, he is the best.
They gave me a very small portion size compared to usual and I asked them to add more so he took a fingernail sized piece, ripped it in half, then put it on the sandwich. Disrespectful and cheap. Not coming back.

I regularly take out from this subway join extremely close to my house. The staff's nice, and it's mostly a joint for take outs. I've never really seen anyone sit and have inside the joint. It's a good place overall.
