I would give 0 stars if it was an option. 7:40pm I go to this location, the open sign is on and someone is sitting inside… but the door is locked. Call and no answer. Way to loose business. I guess that’s why this location isn’t doing very well. FAIL.

Absolutely rude, customer service by Akanksha, telling herself she is the manager. Maybe you guys need a new one. Just a friendly suggestion. Worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. I’d suggest customers to drive 10 more mins and go some other place.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at Subway. Akanksha was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire visit unpleasant. Completely unacceptable, and I will be escalating this concern to higher management so it doesn’t happen to other customers. Will tell everyone not to go there and just drive farther away.

I had placed an uber eats order on the night of 20th August (around 10 pm) for a stampede brisket footlong. On receiving the order, I felt that the amount of brisket put in the footlong was less (felt like half of the actual amount) of what I usually get when I place the order.

I was going to order something from this subway around close, but the person working was just going between operating the register and making people’s food without changing their gloves. This is a really great way of making people really sick. I understand being short staffed sucks and things can feel frantic, but corners should not be cut when it comes to sanitary measures. I’m pretty grossed out and won’t be going to this Subway.
If I could leave 0 I would. 2 girls working - 1 on her phone, talking laughing with the other who’s making 2 sandwiches and putting no effort in what so ever. Took 25+ minutes to get 2 subs with 2 employees lol. Not to mention didn’t toast it, and told me to be patient. Originally online order, walked in after 15 minutes to see an empty store and then finally cutting the bread. Not to mention I asked for spinach and I get 4 pieces LITERALLY. Hung up on when called.

Ordered a meal using the Subway app and received subs that contained items which were not requested and that there is an allergy to. When I called to enquire, they promptly hung-up on me. Very disappointed. Poor service. Avoid the Subway location at 3749 Shelbourne St, Victoria. This is not the first time I have encountered unsatisfactory service at this location. Very hit or miss.
