Ordered a meal using the Subway app and received subs that contained items which were not requested and that there is an allergy to. When I called to enquire, they promptly hung-up on me. Very disappointed. Poor service. Avoid the Subway location at 3749 Shelbourne St, Victoria. This is not the first time I have encountered unsatisfactory service at this location. Very hit or miss.

I ordered last night around 10:00, I got two Italian bread sandwiches, but when I went home I realized they were both whole wheat bread which is not what I asked for. Plus I got a salad and they did not cut up any of the vegetables like they usually do, so I had to take them out and cut them up myself.

This is the WORST subway I have been too, my daughter & I love subway so we get it often & this subway worker could not even make a sandwich decently, I literally threw it out and went somewhere else.. I'm sorry to say this but It was horrible.

I’m vegetarian and there was a piece of tuna in my sandwich. The restaurant refused to refund me for my sandwich, and said they would only make me a new one. Why would I ever want to eat another sandwich at this location after that experience? The worker was very rude on the phone when I told him my concern and hung up without saying sorry or bye before I was even done talking. Super disappointed and hope there is someone higher up I can report this experience to.
