All the veggies were haggard. I dumpster dive and even I would not have taken spinach or tomatoes that looked like that.

The tables were all dirty when we walked in at 2:00 pm. Three staff present. We asked to have a table cleaned. The young lady was not too happy about doing it and only cleaned one leaving the others dirty. We placed our order and when it came time to pay I asked how to redeem my birthday cookie. The older man stated that he had nothing to do with the app. I then went to pay of which I had 5 gift cards in my wallet. He said to scan the bar code and he said that there was nothing on it. I asked him to show me how to apply it and again he said he had nothing to do with the app. He didn’t offer any assistance and I ended up paying for it with my credit card. I then after paying asked about my cookie. He said that I didn’t ask for it and it had to be ordered through the app. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service received. Subway needs to retrain their staff. Will never go to this location again.

When we first walked in, most if not all the tables were dirty and there was only one other person there. Manager was very unfriendly. He was talking to the staff while I was trying to place my order and I don't like anyone talking over my food while preparing it. He refused to help me redeem my $50 coupon in the Subway app saying it wasn't his problem. I will NEVER give location any future business and I strongly recommend you don't go there either. Manager needs to learn customer service skills!!!!

Tables are often dirty , the staff all look annoyed that they are there . Very abrupt service . I started leaving after ordering , as I don't live far away . Now I don't go there , it has been six months . I won't ever return . 👎🏻

Today I went here to have a footlong but unfortunately this Indian guy was too busy at his phone that he didn't even asked me what am I having he just took the bread while keeping his phone by the shoulder even when I asked him to put some veggies and will pay extra for that he said no Never coming back again how could subway hire such unexperienced guy with no food safety knowledge?

So cheap environment, if you want to ruin your day please go there. 0 customer service, no knowledge, don’t listen.. i think they are not getting paid.. everytime they punch the wrong things and refund takes atleast a decade to debit in your account. No tissue, when asked just ignored and told we don’t have… just horribleeeeeeeeeee staff, will never go to tgis location even if it’s last subway location all over canada… horrribleeeeee staff
