Came to the store in the evening as I usually do everyday. There was a guy ordering a lot of subs, there were two girls working . Weird thing is one of the worker had a kid and shouting for her . And I was waiting to get my chips and drink for long time and the lady with kid left and left the only girl alone in the store. As she can see store is busy how someone can work alone.

Visited around 9:50 AM today and had a terrible experience. The staff working at that time was rude and completely unprofessional — no greeting, no response, just silence and attitude, acting like he didn’t want to be there. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I love Subway, but I’m not coming back to this location again.

Absolutely terrible never go to this subway no bathroom did not put what I wanted on my salad i went to pay all I had was a 50 dollar bill and the owner would not accept it and would rather throw out the food instead of changing my money I would have taken change for my money shame on you I know alot of people that will never step foot in your place so you're loss going to the bbb

when the older middle eastern man puts 4 small tomatoes on your footlong and scoffs at you requesting another round of tomatoes these business owners don't comprehend its the experience that decides if someone comes back or not. Wont be coming back after trying to be cheap and then when asked for more than the 4 original tomatoes being met with disgust will make me not spend money here again.

The tables were all dirty when we walked in at 2:00 pm. Three staff present. We asked to have a table cleaned. The young lady was not too happy about doing it and only cleaned one leaving the others dirty. We placed our order and when it came time to pay I asked how to redeem my birthday cookie. The older man stated that he had nothing to do with the app. I then went to pay of which I had 5 gift cards in my wallet. He said to scan the bar code and he said that there was nothing on it. I asked him to show me how to apply it and again he said he had nothing to do with the app. He didn’t offer any assistance and I ended up paying for it with my credit card. I then after paying asked about my cookie. He said that I didn’t ask for it and it had to be ordered through the app. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service received. Subway needs to retrain their staff. Will never go to this location again.

When we first walked in, most if not all the tables were dirty and there was only one other person there. Manager was very unfriendly. He was talking to the staff while I was trying to place my order and I don't like anyone talking over my food while preparing it. He refused to help me redeem my $50 coupon in the Subway app saying it wasn't his problem. I will NEVER give location any future business and I strongly recommend you don't go there either. Manager needs to learn customer service skills!!!!

Tables are often dirty , the staff all look annoyed that they are there .
Very abrupt service .
I started leaving after ordering , as I don't live far away .
Now I don't go there , it has been six months .
