Food taste fine. My order has always been the exact same for years. And every time I go my sub is a different price. Every other subway I go to the price is always consistent.

Yesterday, I took my 7- years old daughter to the subway at mayfair mall. We both are vegetarian and subway is one of our go-to places we go for veggie options. But, I had the worst customer service experience yesterday.The workers was not sharing details about the new options and I was having to ask specifically for options and if they costed extra. Whether it was sauce, cheese, adding veggies, I was asking about everything and she was simply making the sub she wanted to make. In the end, when I chose No Tip, after I tapped my card, she didn’t give me my receipt and both servers went inside and never came out. So, No receipt, no good byes/thankyous!!I usually won’t ever do a bad review but this was the worst. Being vegetarian, I feel like the sub was not the right one for us since I was asking at every single point what is she doing and adding to the the sub.There was a point when I asked about one specific thing which she should’ve shared in the first place. When I asked her to make changes after she told me about it, she said that she will charge me extra for it. Well, she should’ve been proactive and asked me about my preference too, since I’m the one who’s eating & might have any preference or allergies!I’ve always had good experience at subway, it was just yesterday at Mayfair mall, Victoria; Both server’s body language was such that they didn’t want any customers at that time.
