Our subs we ordered were made on white bread we order the italian herbs and cheese and not grilled. Missing ingerdents . All of our cookies are a raw messed up in the box. I called the restraunt ten times and left a message . No answer. They are trying to blame me for the cookies because they were ordered online for pick and were not ready . Waited 30 mins to have a completely wreaked order .

I bought subway and then seen employee were eating in a back then he realise there is customer. He was eating with gloves on his hand and start preparing sandwich with same gloves. Yukkkk. Not even changed gloves. Not coming back ever here.

Watch your credit cards closely. Paid with credit card, charge went thru on my end but staff claimed declined and insisted on a second payment. When shown proof that it went thru and charges were made they insisted on it declining. Staff's response was then to "throw me out" and call me every name in the book. After a long wait on hold with my bank, low and behold, payment went thru and had to open a fraud dispute. I wonder how much they're lining their pockets daily with this scam.

Scammed my son. told him a sub and a drink was 20 dollars and he didn’t realize until i asked him. Also he asked for sprite and they gave him ginger ale!

I went there on friday in the evening. I asked for salad they don’t know how to make salad. Then i ordered 2 wraps it taste that much bad that i have throw them.

I was served by a fellow named Jesse best customers experience. Jesse was super friendly and listened to exactly how I wanted my sub made. I’ve ever had at a subway and I worked at a SUBWAY® for three years the sub was amazing recommend you only get subs from Jesse at the Hillside mall subway.

Avoid this place until they’re done training their employees. Save your time and walk across the street.I don’t think unreasonable to expect a sandwich in less than 12 minutes.This is the third time I’ve missed a bus trying to get a sandwich before work just because of the trainees fiddling their fingers and wasting time. I specifically watched an employee fiddle between 1 and 2 napkins for over 40 seconds only until I said I was about to miss a bus that he just handed me the two in his hand.I typically don’t really care, but the consistency of this issue has made me come write about it

The veggie salad price is around 7 dollars. I cannot believe I spent 7 for only this amount. It seems like only half of the bowl. ( Maybe more than half, but it was not as enough as a bowl). I swear I didn’t eat it before I took this picture. I just shake it to mix the sauce before I opened the bowl.

I worked at 4 different Subways (across two provinces) many years ago, and still eat at various Subways now and again. I can't believe how SLOW the service is at this subway the few times I've been. Stopped at the mall this evening to pick up dinner on my way home and I waited almost 20 minutes for my one sub with only 4 people in front of me total, one of whom was already checking out. The two girls there worked at a SNAIL'S PACE, I could hardly believe my eyes having make 1000's of subs before myself. There are much better Subways in town to stop at if you value your time.
