too rushed getting your sub.. the staff have to be told to change gloves after touching someone else's greasy meat and bacon for my turn which is usually veggie option. I ask for lots and extra toppings but they ignore purposly..

So ordering seemed easier to call in for ease of pick up. At this time the woman said for catering? I replied with no, 2 sandwiches. She said no, we only take catering orders on the phone and to download the app and hung up on me. I then downloaded the subway app to start our order and an error message popped up. I tried a second time and another error message popped up. After a third failed attempted I just decided to go in. I was greeted by telling me to hold on at which point I said well I am sorry but your app you told me to download doesn’t work. The 2 ladies in front said Ohhhh it wasn’t just us!?! So firstly rude greeting and app doesn’t work. The woman didn’t follow directions and was slow. No napkins were put in the bag and there was no soup spoon for my soup. A man who came in after me got the exact same rude greeting. Highly dissatisfied.

Typical Subway franchise located in Helmcken Road. It’s within walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, Aroga Lifestyle Clinic, and multiple other important places of visits. I had a foot long sandwich: Nashville Style Chicken, and it was the same as other Subways I have had it at. Sitting arrangement is quite spacious compared to multiple other Subway locations I’ve been! Definitely a visit when you’re nearby and craving a sandwich!
The only probable downside I would say is there was only one staff present, one more would be awesome to accommodate increase in customers during peak hours.

Came here late, like 9:30 to get some food while waiting at the hospital. The only staff member there was extremely friendly. They made this sub as if they were going to eat it haha even after having a busy day. By far the best subway I’ve been to on the island. Food tastes fresh, even for 9:45pm. Staff was excellent and friendly. Made the evening a lot better. Thank you.

Could just be the staff working today but the sandwich counter where they build the sandwiches was a mess. Sauce everywhere, sheets of parchment paper all over the place, dirty knives etc. I had them build me a sandwich but after dragging it across their counter and smearing someone else's condiments on my sandwich I elected not to accept it.The woman working didn't seem to care, didn't apologize, she actually said nothing and just stared at me.Super weird.
