I don’t even wanted to rate them a single star employee was not behaving well even though there was no coustmer still he wasn’t giving proper attention to what we order even after grilling the patty it was cold ! While preparing my order he was using tight hands for adding everything literally like i haven’t seen a person like this such a miser. Go get training first that how to behave and then learn how to prepare and how to serve ! This was one of the worst sub I’ve ever had in my life. Would never recommend anyone to spend even a penny over here.

Been here 3 times I've rthe past month, and each time the quality hasn't been overall with proportions always being noticeably different and not knowing what goes on the bowl. I asked for one of the teriyaki rice bowls and sat down and when I payed for the item and left, I opened it to have no rice at all and it's the same story with the rice wraps

I must say… the renovation of this location is stunning and pulls me away from the hillside mall location that I always wondered must compete at certain hours. I’m super intrigued by how they do their hiring I must say… as there’s never a posting but I see someone new always in- Anyway… the bread has been consistently fresh but it’s sometimes hard to communicate 🥺 they’re kindly intended though

I recently visited this Subway and had a very disappointing experience. The employee working there was incredibly rude and showed no concern for customer service. It felt like he was giving out food as if it didn’t matter, almost like we weren’t paying customers.
I ordered a 6-inch tuna sandwich and decided to change my order to an 11-inch. He told me they didn’t have any available, but to my surprise, he served the next customer behind me the exact same order! It was very frustrating and upsetting to be treated like this. I believe the employee might be from the Philippines, but regardless, this kind of service is unacceptable.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this is not the kind of service one expects from Subway.

Worst subway I have ever been to. They must slice their Tomatoes like a week in advance they are always SO OLD the guac is brown and terrible. I went in at 9pm and it closed at 10 and he said no inside dining.
Never give me cheese for my pickup order. Never! Three times already!

Staff and owner were professional, kind, and accommodating for us - I asked for extra pickles and I got a generous amount of extra pickles! Plus the staff remained kind and professional even when the guy behind me in line was rude and a little racist to the staff. Sad they had to deal with that but that handled it amazingly. I am a repeat customer and will be coming back more in the future

Unless specifically requesting, staff will put no overlap on vegetables. It's gotten to the point where they will only put 8-10 pickles on a footlong.They are also forgetting to add items on online orders.Will be looking to go to other stores next time.
