Great traditional sandwiches. They keep the store pretty clean and are always friendly. Unfortunately the lettuce is always brown and old if you go late at night. Unfortunately this is when I go because I work graveyard shifts. There are often people hanging around, but that's pretty normal in the city.

Had an excellent experience here! I recently stopped by for a sandwich and was genuinely impressed by the impeccable service from the two lovely ladies working that afternoon. Not only did they prepare delicious food, but they were also incredibly kind and friendly throughout.
The store was clean, well-maintained, and followed great hygiene practices. Overall, excellent service and a great atmosphere — definitely one of the better Subway experiences I’ve had!

Sadly the worst footlong from this location, ordered by the app. We normally go in there and pick up our subs.Tonight ordered 1 footlong meatball sub, chopped salad. and rice wrap. Sadly, doesn't even compare to going in and ordering at the counter, guessing because your not watching them make the sub. Meatball sub missing sauce, very dry and not covering the whole bun, asked for extra tomatoes, got the standard, and no parmesan or pepper and cant tell if theres garlic aioli on it! Chopped salad, barely full or much in to go container, and rice wrap, with under cooked rice! We come to this location normally to pick our sandwich instead of ordering for pick up, and i do tip at the counter. Very Disappointed this time to say the least. Dont recommend ordering by the App, cause like someone else in the reviews they too are sadly not impressed!

There are two female works working there and were super unwelcoming there are usually two guys and they are always nice and put on the proper amount of food. I had to ask many times my last visit with the 2 females working to just put on more lettuce I thought there was a shortage. I like the food just the service tanked the review.

I’ve ordered from Subway four times now, and every single time they’ve messed up my order. Sometimes they forget the sauces, sometimes the veggies, and today was just the worst — they didn’t even add the veggie patty I specifically asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something, look forward to a good meal, and be let down every time.
I was very hungry and expecting a tasty Subway sandwich, but instead, they completely ruined my mood. I ended up going to bed hungry because of their carelessness. I clearly selected all the options, including veggies and sauces, but they never follow the instructions. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it’s consistent.
Subway, you need to take more responsibility with online orders. Stop playing with customers' expectations. We pay for a complete meal, not a half-hearted sandwich. Total waste of money

The most important ingredient for me on a sandwich is the sauce. Everything in my world is a vessel for sauce. I always order heavy sauce. My two foot-long‘s today were dry. completely ruined my lunch hour and one of the sandwiches had an extraordinary amount of salt on it. The subway at Helmken, where I usually go makes a perfect sandwich every time I’m really disappointed in this location.
