This is by far the best subway in Victoria, I always go around Subway to Subway to try and find the best one in my area, I've been in Victoria for about a year now, and I've tried every subway here, I go back like three or four times and then move to the next one, depending on the quality service and the size of the sub. These guys by far make the fattest and juiciest subs if you request. At other subway locations, sometimes I feel like I have to fight and pay with an arm and a leg to get that extra lettuce that I so desire, I have OCD and slight traits of Autism, so I need to have that reliable lettuce packed cold cut combo, they make it to perfection and I can always count on this location. I literally drive passed other subways to go to this one cause I know I'm not gunna get ripped off in the toppings. (On a separate note, I see other reviews here about bad experiences requesting compensation for an error on their sub. And I bet you their bad experience was purely on their personal attitude towards the business, because I have had an error on my subway sandwich at this location, ICalled in and the manager was happy to fix everything, he did not give me a hard time or anything, and was very polite and professional. So I don't know why anyone would ever have a hard time with these guys.) Once again I would like to thank everyone at this subway location for the great experiences and will be coming here for every sub until I move out of victoria. You guys really keep a good name for subway, you should be proud. ❤️

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Like all other Subway locations, you're met with that fresh-baked bread smell upon entry and as long as you're not bringing a big group, this location seems just fine!=== 2. FOOD We happened to order a footlong Great Canadian Club sandwich and there was no skimping on the meats. Asking for extra veggies revealed the usual post-pandemic portions seen across Canada (less than in pre-pandemic, it's still more in the US). The kid's meal is $5.49 for a bottle of water, a small sandwich (smaller than 6" per the picture?) and an apple sauce - which happened to be out this weekend. This is definitely the better deal, as a 6" sub is closed to $8 in cost and if you have a picky little one (like I do)...the 6" is totally not worth it :P=== 3. SERVICE Customer service was great on this Sunday - patient, kind, accommodated all customizations even with other orders coming in online and patrons waiting behind us - kudos to this gentleman!=== 4. ENVIRONMENT This location is small - you're not seating very many people here at all - be it in the small tables or bar-like seating. So it may be better to take your order to go. Wheelchairs and baby strollers should workI'm unsure about parking as you may need to find street parking on the busy Fort Street outside.

All the employees work together seamlessly. They have a strong team dynamic. I go there everyday during morning and lunch time and always ready to help the customers. All are very cool and evironment is clean and well maintained and now it is my favourite place to go for the meal.
