Had the cabana margarita, which was good and all our meals were good. On the downside, the seating was very uncomfortable. We sat indoors and the chairs and couches were very uncomfortable and we all required cushions in our backs to have a little bit of comfort. The staggered tables were very low and it was very difficult to get in and out of your seats. The place was busy and the noise was very high. There was an option to sit outdoors, but in November, it was not a choice even given the heaters. The other thing that did not impress us was when we received our bills the tip automatically defaulted to an 18%. The service was good, but it should not automatically default to 18%. I will reconsider returning based on the comfort of the seating and the presumed tip. There was an option to sit outdoors, but in November, it was not a choice even given the heaters.
Great burgers and an amazing spot to go before heading to a concert at the Royal. The big Salad is HUGE and delicious! The selection of beers from Superflux Brewery in Vancouver is great. The patio is very nice too.
We had a booth in the back corner which is great, but then another group sat across from us and the tables are situated so they face each other. A little odd and the other group was a bit louder so it made it difficult for us to carry on a conversation while they were there. We enjoyed everything else as always and the server was excellent!
The food and drinks were outstanding, and our server was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic—an ideal spot to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends on a sunny rooftop patio.
"The food was great, and the service was excellent. However, the music was a bit too loud, and the hip-hop tracks, while upbeat, included some explicit lyrics that didn't quite fit the atmosphere. A more balanced playlist would have enhanced the experience."
Food was great... when it finally arrived. We got 2/3 appies ordered and 3/4 meals ordered. Our drinks arrived promptly. We had to help ourselves to cutlery and napkins which we fortunately knew where to find. Unfortunately we only got one round of water. It's been a while since I had been there and seems service continues to be lacking, food continues to be very good but continues to take a long time. Not sure if it's worth the gamble.
If you haven't hit up Superflux in Victoria yet, what are you even doing?! This place is an absolute blast every single time. The staff are total legends, bringing all the colorful vibes, and the food is next-level. I tried the Smash Burger this time, and it was a game changer. It stayed together from the first bite to the last—no messy hands! It was like a Big Mac on steroids, but way tastier. And let's not forget the Superflux beers—they're absolutely amazing and the perfect match for the food. My husband was totally hooked on the Cabana Fries as well. Seriously, if you love awesome food and good times, this spot is a must!
We enjoyed a lovely meal in a cozy corner on their patio. The food was great and our servier was delightful, attentive and efficient. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
The outside patio is the draw here. Very nice. Our server was attentive and friendly. However 2 of us ordered the Big Salad and the roasted chicken that it came with was so dry and tough that I would've already thrown it out if it was in my own fridge. Also it was all lettuce with a not-so-ripe half avocado and a couple veggies with a Kraft dressing. It was quite disappointing. The guys enjoyed their burgers and fries were tasty. Come for drinks and the patio.
I was hopeful about this place.... A nice patio on a sunny day. And then they charged us full price for drinks when we ordered 2 minutes before happy hour. Literally 2 minutes. A good server would have either mentioned that it wasn't happy hour yet or waited 2 minutes to punch in the order. The burger was decent but not outstanding. I might go back on a sunny day if I'm in the area but sadly the service let a bad taste.

Our server was amazing! (Sorry can't remember her name but it began with C & she had blonde hair)
Was excited to try this place but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Slow food, none of our order requests were correct (despite the server writing them down) and 3 out of our 4 meals were served cold, including the fries.
Came with disabled person .pushed buzzer at. Bottom of stairs but the staff couldn't hear it due to loudness of music.our burger and fries very basic but big salad good .
The food and drinks were good. Multiple non-alcoholic options. Limited food options for those who are gluten free. Service was not great. Our server was rude. We were seated at two large tables that did not connect and tried to bring the tables together so we could sit closer. The server came over and insisted we could not do that. Her tone was not polite. She did not listen when we asked if it was possible to bring a chair to one of the tables so we were not yelling at each other across the gap. She interrupted us mid sentence before we could explain what we were hoping for. When my friend who is celiac asked about gf options she rudely stated he couldn't eat anything and everything was contaminated. She scowled at us the rest of the night and was slow to bring us our drinks. The service and attitude of the server impacted our desire to order more food and drinks.
A quick meal in a casual and comfortably warm environment. Read the reviews and decided to go in and have “the best burger”.... For me it would've been a lot better if just natural cheddar was used rather then the processed American cheese.
