This place has unfortunately taken a turn downhill. Not because of the lovely staff that make it run, but because of the owners. The employees deserve way better, cutting all their shifts down to nothing with no remorse for the lives that that now, can’t afford to live. This is not the way you treat people, both in terms of employees but also customers who are expecting the service they can no longer provide. Disappointing to see.

Do yourself a favour, and choose to support an establishment that treats their employees right and does not do some evil stuff behind the scenes to put their entirely wonderful, hard-working kitchen & front of house out of work just before the holiday season. Food was great, but now that management cut everybody to save on cost, the love is gone and so is the goodness of the Superflux. No thanks.

finally leaving a review after a few visits here. always have a great experience. beautiful room, one vic’s nicest, great patio, and the food and drinks are always crafted perfectly. it’s just what you want. i have stopped in for negronis and a snack, happy hour on the patio, and lunch.
RUN DONT WALK for their 12-1pm fri-sun burger and beer special. it’s insane and soooo tasty. pictured here:

Love this place! Mid-Century decor and great tunes make for one of the best places to go for a casual hang. Great beers from Superflux Brewing on tap and can’t go wrong with The Cabana burger with Cabana Fries.

Had the cabana margarita, which was good and all our meals were good. On the downside, the seating was very uncomfortable. We sat indoors and the chairs and couches were very uncomfortable and we all required cushions in our backs to have a little bit of comfort. The staggered tables were very low and it was very difficult to get in and out of your seats. The place was busy and the noise was very high. There was an option to sit outdoors, but in November, it was not a choice even given the heaters. The other thing that did not impress us was when we received our bills the tip automatically defaulted to an 18%. The service was good, but it should not automatically default to 18%. I will reconsider returning based on the comfort of the seating and the presumed tip. There was an option to sit outdoors, but in November, it was not a choice even given the heaters.
