Hard pass on this place. Unagi roll lacking meat mainly stuff with radish. Very weak wasabi and ginger. Salmon avocado roll was good. Talked to the guy at the counter and said he could get me a miso soup. This roll was $11.00 a bowl of miso is $2. Won’t be back.

I love how fresh the food tastes here😍 it’s one of my favourite sushi places in Victoria, washroom is super clean, and they are very nice and friendly to everyone, the chef always say hi when you arrive and thank you before you leave, that makes me always smile!

Some of the worst sushi I’ve had, and the wild salmon sashimi was sliced thin, felt floppy and wilted, and had a bad flavour (not fresh-tasting at all). Miso soup was bland. It was all way too expensive for such poor quality.
My kids shared some spring rolls and liked those a lot! But they couldn’t finish their sushi, and they normally eat a ton.
Giving two stars instead of one because the people working there were very nice.

Ordered teriyaki stir fry which consisted of beef on a bed of bean sprouts and no other vegetables. I don't even like bean sprouts. An employee walked in mid meal with a bag of produce so I am assuming they ran out of traditional stir fry staples, carrots, cabbage, bok choy and offloaded a bunch of stiff pungent bean sprouts on me instead. Terrible experience. Food took 30 minutes to arrive and then 20 minutes to get the bill. I could have walked next door and bought them the produce if I had known they had run out and were going to spend so much time preparing me an aweful meal! One positive, the miso soup was Luke warm!
