I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe in professionalism and mutual respect, so I wanted to share my experience.
On April 25th around 12 PM, I arrived at this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. I understand that things can get busy during lunch rushes, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. That said, I waited for 17 minutes while being told twice that the order would be ready in “5 minutes.” The second time I asked, I was simply ignored.
After waiting patiently, a manager or higher-up came out and told me to cancel the order because it would take even more time. When I politely asked why I wasn’t informed of that earlier, I was told, “I’m not the cook,” followed by, “Don’t come back here again.” I was shocked by the tone and unnecessary escalation — I had remained calm and respectful the entire time.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. As delivery drivers, we’re part of the customer service ecosystem too. A little communication and courtesy can go a long way.
I truly hope the team reflects on this and treats future drivers with more respect.

I walked in at 8:15pm and the girl working at the front told me they close the kitchen at 8:45. I said okay and proceeded to order my food. At 8:35 I asked if I could order one more thing and she shut me down. Told me I’m not allowed to place any other order as they are closed. She spoke very rudely and I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to order anything else. Seemed like she just wanted us out of the place to close down early. Very unprofessional staff.

The food is great and tastes amazing! However they do tend to stinge you on stuff like Soy Sauce (Especially if you order via DoorDash or uber eats)
