They blocked off the hallway to bathroom because someone had mopped. I understand this for safety reasons but I had stopped in and ate in the restaurant, it’s reasonable for me to be able to use the rest room. You can’t mop and area hours before closing and then block it off to customers.

The food is as expected for taco time, sadly quality has decreased for years now.
Staff are always friendly...and apologetic for the lengthy wait times. I've never seen more than two persons working here, and it takes forever to get your food. Consistently understaffed.
Washrooms normally closed, even for paying guests which I'm pretty sure are required for dine in restaurants in BC?
A lot of work to be done here if the owner even cares to. But it's been this way since opening, so I doubt we'll see changes.

Did you think we wouldn’t notice that there is no more beef in the tacos on Tuesday? It’s 100% textured vegetable protein! It leaves pink beets colouring on the flour tortillas. Ground beef does not stain tortillas pink. This is clearly a cost-cutting technique that may or may not be just at this location, but I can only assume that the TVP is part of the corporate recipe. This location may just have increased the percentage to 100% instead of the typical 30% I’ve seen posts about (since experiencing the most wrong textured, wrong flavoured tacos ever).
Until I see marketing that expresses ‘we’re now serving 100% real ground beef in all our beef menu items.’ I will not be back. #Boycott - you served me lies.
Ordered 2 reg. Veggie burrito combos both were appropriately portioned and hot except the lettuce (cold and crisp)! Deluxe mexi-fries hot and crispy. The chicken strips as expected. This is a clean and friendly environment. Thank you.

I ordered taco time thru Uber eats today. Omgosh it was the best taco time food I have ever experienced. It was delicious. I would order there again anytime. Everything was right as well as tasting Aweosme. The Uber driver she was awesome quick professional, and my food was still fresh and warm. I was impressed by they all around experience. The food came from the 140-19 Helmcken RD location. I have tried other locations and they were okay. However this isn’t a one off either I have had from this particular location before and it was good. This time it was Aweosme hit the spot!
Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito with extra cheese and sour cream, with deluxe mexi fries hold the beef. Super fresh and good.

Terrible. Awful staff who mumble, constantly screw up orders, charge you for bags that you never get and always short you on red sauce ?. Go literally anywhere else.
