The most overpriced and undersized quesadilla I’ve ever seen. I actually weighed it ( 166.5g for ~12 bucks). Taste was no good. Unmelted cheese.

Store is listed as open online, at the store the building has the open sign on, but the door is locked and no employees in sight? If you close to go on break or are legitimately not open then state that, or jidt turn off the sign

I have eaten at Taco Time since it’s first arrival in Victoria’s Mayfair Mall more than 30 years ago. I always get the mexi-fries. This newest location is the BEST for freshness, service and attention to detail to their set menu items. Their mexi-fries are always fresh & hot, and for the first time ever in my own personal experience of having eaten many Super Beef Burritos, have I received one that was so carefully toasted on both sides — game changer (!!). Absolutely appreciate this newest location’s attention to detail and freshness.

Worst experience ever and I’m a very regular customer. Asked for a combo didn’t get it then was told I can buy mexifries at the regular cost not the combo reduced price. Asked to cancel order so could order again but was told no. Very rude, very tough to understand as obvious language barrier (same with every other customer) no attempt to satisfy me nor any alternative just flat out no. Refused to give me an entry for the contest because she messed up and kept trying to blame me. Food was mediocre and my large burrito was not any larger than a regular. Tables were all very dirty, floor was disgusting and the bathroom was blocked off so couldn’t use. Been a huge fan for many many decades and this was enough to deter me from going back. Absolutely appalled and not happy. The store at Eagle Creek, Victoria has gone substantially downhill since it opened and everything has gotten much smaller yet more expensive.

Wost where's customer service I've ever experienced. Yeah, pay for food. They make your order wrong. And I won't even give you the order right when you're paying your money for the food. I would never recomed going there

spent $20 to get the wrong food when I asked for a crunchy chicken with extra cheese they gave me just beef no cheese and lettuce and barely any sauce. I was still missing the tomatoes. I ordered mexi fried deluxe and they just gave me regular fries. I had to repeat myself two times but I wanted.

Urban Disturbance
The tacos were soggy When we went to get our order fixed we were given an excuse instead of offering to fix it argued with us told us no we can't do that. When we got her to remake the tacos we got them home and realized that she took them apart and put them into new shells instead of starting fresh and didn't even fully disassemble one and put half the shell in a new shell... When you ruin my food you fix it without giving me excuses and outright lying to me the service and food are utterly unacceptable and this is common for this location but today was so bad Im not able to eat dinner tonight. Fix this or get out of town!
