Ordered in the store for a burrito to go and later when I opened it, it was a wrap Crap food it is complete waste of money smelly food bad taste.

The burrito that they serve is probably one if the worst out of all the other places. They tend to microwave the burrito instead of grilling it unless you specifically ask them to grill it which makes it soggy and smelly. On top of that, the large burrito which is double the price of regular burrito just had 1 spoon of rice and one small scoop of beans which honestly I think would be the same quantity as the regular burrito. I mean the filling was so less that it had extra burrito dough hanging out at both ends. They seriously need to improve their standards.

@Calvin ford. I am sure they will get back to u if they charged u extra. Just make sure you are right about ur blames. First, they haven’t refunded your tip money back in case u brought to their attention or hope they do not have HD cameras where they can see whole transaction clearly as per your explanation like their employee took debit machine and enter something and all. Nowadays most restaurants equipped with high tech cameras, microphone and other technology after pandemic.
Also, there is no tax on restaurant meals from December 15,2024- February 15,2025. So sorry that you do not have knowledge of it even ur friend work in CRA.
U mentioned u ordered beef n cheese burrito but ur receipt said Crisp beef burritos.
We are only visit for Google review when something bad happens. When they provide outstanding service and great food, we never appreciate or give them review on Google.

Very rude front counter lady at 1:15 pm today. Very disorganized counter set up and where to wait. Shells on my tacos cracked multiple places and it seems they mixed new and old mexi fries together as some hot / cold

Twice a week, I come for tacos and burritos, my favorite Mall food! Great staff, especially Dipal!
its my first time to try the food and it was good tasty and affordable the staff is very attentive and polite serving is big for the price you must try it guys,they have spicy sauce which is good and other sauces 🤤🤤
