A spacious Western restaurant is located in Trounce Alley, downtown of Victoria. You can hang around downtown, explore many fashion, souvenir shops along the street before dinning here. They serve good food, beautifully presented. Drinks menu of alcohol and non alcohol has a quite range of choices.
Tapa Bar has been one of our "go-to" restaurants in Victoria for 10+ years. Consistent every time... excellent service, great flavors, and ambiance (like many restaurants these days, can be a bit loud when full...which is often!) We certainly have our favorites (grilled kale, pollo armanda, chili relleno...) but you won't be disappointed regardless of your choice. Reservation recommended unless dining early.

I have not tasted mussels that did the dish justice since my childhood spent in the south of France... until now. These were AMAZING, on happy hour, generous serving, and I’ll be longing for them for many years to come! Happy hour menu pictured below is from august 2021
