I was in Victoria for the day for an appointment. I popped into Tapa bar for a late lunch, and was pleasantly surprised to find they have a daily happy hour. I ordered a margarita, and the muscles de cha cha cha. Both were delicious. The muscles were served with a generous portion of bread, and it was almost too much food (and I’m never one to say that).
