Great experience!!! The service was outstanding from the hostess to our server and from the food runner. Tea was great and the food selection and amount was so grand!! I was so full and I had to try at least a bite of everything. (The top plate of the tower is so fantastic!)
Our server Guy was fantastic, his tea suggestions were spot on. His attention to our table was just enough. We had a window seat on a sunny day and harbour view was an added bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely afternoon tea experience.
11/30/25 - We celebrated my mom's birthday with High Tea at The Empress and had a fabulous experience. Everyone was a delight, making sure to make the experience memorable and special. Raymond, our server, made sure to take extra care of us because of the occasion but I can imagine that's just his level of care and service 24/7 regardless of the circumstances. We were surprised with complimentary premium tea, extra specialty chocolates, and even a keepsake box as a birthday...
