A fantastic hidden gem. Large portions, friendly staff and great prices and value. While I can't say if their Shrimp Pad Thai is "genuine Thai" style food, for $13.75 and their generous portion sizes, I will definitely become a regular customer. Definitely worth taking a look if you're nearby!

Food is great, very flavourful and gluten free. But the staff was hard to deal with and lazy, I find they close every hour for 45 minutes to use their phones. Extremely disappointing service.Vegetarian options: A lot of selection for proteins dietary needs which was nice. Staff was not

Liked the beef thai fried rice. Asked for it to be as spicy as they can possibly make it, but it was not up to par?️.

Really bad, I’ll go into more details when I check what I actually ordered on the app, but this is the worst Thai food I’ve had in the city.

Ordered food through skipthedishes then immediately cancelled and says they don't accept delivery DURING business hours. Disappointing..

Horrible experience, staff is awful and rude and think it was amusing slamming the close sign in my face rolled their eyes and laugh in my face at 5:00 pmNo human decency

Worse Thai food I have ever had. I did not expect to be very good but at least some taste should be there. Not recommend at all

Ordered chicken green curry. Hardly any flavor, tasted like generic noodles with a bit of random spice. Mushy texture, didn’t seem fresh, about 3/4 minutes of the ‘mixed vegetables’ were onions. Large portion size for the price, though.

I ordered padthai . I got ketchup noodles. No hope for them. No wonder there were no customers! There are absolutely remotely no Thai flavours. Call yourselves Ketchupgo!

Thai-ish, is more accurate.Tried the "Pad Sew", which was my first WARNING.Food was bland. No Thai flavours. Watery with a hint of Soy.No use of Chinese broccoli. 2 while pieces of green pepper, and a small bunch of julienned carrot were all the vegetables in the dish.I added chicken, which came in 1 inch chunks and had the texture of being boiled before being heated in the wok.I would definitely NOT recommend this place, not will I ever return to try it again.

Food was really tasty and pretty fast, Kyle was super kind too. Good service!

Quality of food really depends on the cook. The Pad Sew is my winner. Every other Thai joint calls it Pad See Ew, perhaps that's a sign.

My absolute favourite and BEST place to eat at in the mall. One box is usually way more than enough to fill you up. I haven't tried most of their noodle options, though I regularly devour their curries and it tastes bloody delicious every time. I've also done takeaways multiple times from here and the food is always of quality. There is one tall and skinny asian boy working here whom I always prefer to have him cook for me as I demand for extra curry sauce and peanuts on my meal and he has never denied or charged extra for this request. This is what great business ethics look like to keep loyal customers returning. In spite of all the good stuff mentioned above, I will say that I have noticed their quantity of food is not exactly consistent every time, it is sometimes way more than satisfactory that I am unable to finish it in one sitting and other times it is just adequately enough. All in all, For me, as long as I live in Victoria, I will keep coming back here for more provided that the current level of service is maintained throughout future orders.Thank you, ThaiGo for some of the most pleasurable dinner meals!
