My first time ordering from this restaurant. Food quality is top notch, fresh local ingredients. They are very accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. I ordered my meal on Uber eats. Specified in the order that I'm vegetarian, with a request of no meat in the order. I was surprised to receive a phone call from the restaurant while preparing my order, not only did they double check with my dietary restrictions, they offered alternative meat/protein substitutes to choose from. I appreciate the EFFORT put into going above and beyond to meet my needs. I think this is one of my new favorite spots!

I enjoy everything on the menu! My personal favourites are the mindful carnivore pizza, the A-Rock Pizza, the Rueben Sandwich, and the muffins. I get a loaf of bread every week and every kind I've tried is excellent. I've never been disappointed coming here.

I’ve been to a lot of gluten free places and this is a phenomenal option. The breads are very durable and hold the toppings/fillings really well which is not always the case with gluten free. The BLT is top tier.

I was so thrilled to find this place! The food was unreal, so fresh and delicious. I have Celiac Disease and eat plant-based, so The Art of Slow Food was a dream to find. The passion and dedication to healthy food was evident. I can't wait to go back!
The food is excellent. About a million times better than any GF sourdough that I have ever made myself. An expanded beverage selection would be welcomed. At the time of this review they offered coffee and hot tea. I could see them expanding into more varieties of baked goods as their business continues to grow. They appear to have a loyal following of regular customers, as well as people just walking in as my wife and I did.

Fantastic gluten-free bakery, everything is gluten-free and celiac safe, and all dishes can be made vegan. Most of the pastries were vegan anyways. I got the cinnamon roll and strawberry scones, which were delicious, and will be back to try all the other goodies. Service was super friendly as well, highly recommend! Prices are also reasonable.
