Our krauts and kimchis are fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks to ensure a high probiotic count. Substitute our vegan cheese to make the whole sandwich vegan! Sourdough Tartine
Housemade vegan sausage, tofu ricotta, pickled red onion, arugula, aioli, balsamic glaze on our sourdough French boule. This is open-faced and stone baked.

Our sourdough cinnabuns are made with maple syrup, raw cane sugar, and topped with vegan icing! They are cultured with sourdough to develop flavor and texture.

Our famous scones are made using oat flour and rotating seasonal ingredients like blueberries, raspberries, lemon poppyseed, etc. The scone offerings change daily and sell out quick!
Sourdough Boule
A French-style sourdough boule, this loaf is very large and perfect for bruschetta, toast, charcuterie or anything else you can think of. This loaf is made from fermented sorghum and baked traditional-style on a stone.
Rustic Loaf
Our classic rustic loaf is made using fermented sorghum, flax, and psyllium husk, and is hand-formed and baked traditional style on a stone.
Sandwich Loaf (Half)
Our soft and chewy sandwich loaf is made using fermented sorghum, flax, and psyllium husk, and is hand-formed and baked traditional style in cast iron. This loaf is very large, and perfect for big hearty sandwiches, french toast, or anything you can think of!
Kaiser Buns (4pack)
Our gluten free sourdough kaiser buns are made with fermented sorghum and baked on a stone. Perfect for sandwiches, hamburgers, eggs benedict, you name it!
Sourdough Pizza Dough (1 pc)
Our unbaked pizza dough is available to take home and experiment with! This dough ball can make up to a large (16") pizza, calzones, etc. Made with slow fermented sorghum.
Muffin
Fluffy and delicious GF & vegan muffins in rotating flavors, baked fresh daily. Our most popular flavors are pumpkin spice, banana chocolate chip and blueberry.

Stopped in while in Victoria and really enjoyed it! I forgot to snap a photo of the gluten-free cinnamon bun, but it was fantastic. The wrap was delicious and the kimchi slider was also packed with flavour. Overall, a great little spot to try if you’re in Victoria—friendly vibe and tasty food. Definitely worth a visit!

Well, if this spot isn’t an absolute gem!💎

As a gluten free human, it superseded my wildest dreams. I was bummed not to have time to get a sandwich, but a GF SAUSAGE ROLL?! I mean come on. Having lived in the UK for years and having been relentlessly tempted by one of these bad boys, finally having the REAL DEAL and not feeling like I was sacrificing flavour was suuuuuch a treat.
