This bubble tea shop has been around for as long as I can remember. If someone wants bubble tea while in town its the one I always recommend. They have lots of flavours and can be veganized. If you have allergies and let the staff know they will accommodate and make sure things are cleaned off for making your drink. They've stayed around this long for a reason.
Location is a small shop in an older building. Seating is limited. I usually just order a drink to go. No parking outside of street or parkade parking as the shop is located downtown.

Best in the City. I have tried bubble tea now at three other places and it was junk. This is always perfect and the service is friendly and quick. Definitely have waited in line for a while before but its nothing different than other coffee shop hot spots. Not to mention the perfect location and beautiful atmosphere. Large half sweet Taro with oat milk and extra tapioca pearls forever and always !

It was supposed that it should be open until 6:30 pm, we arrive at 6:15 pm and there was a lady mopping the floor and she didn’t even say anything. She just glanced at us and then looked away without giving any information, I consider that was rude.

All the drinks are good but air on the herbal flavor side. There is also a lot of incense open on shelves in the store, do not bring anyone sent sensitive, they will feel sick immediately. I had to go home and shower the incense smell off.

Ordered the perfect-pick-me-up and it was indeed the perfect pick me up! A bit pricey but it was so worth it with the amount you're getting. Love the whole eclectic vibe going on.

The cashier was rude and impatient. She rolled her eyes for no reason. Hope she’s okay today, rest well if you are tired instead of being mean to costumer.
drinks were not bad but staff had the worst possible customer service i have ever witnessed. the bad attitude was only with the staff of three young girls
