The food is the biggest disappointment came for wings once they showed up they were cold and soggy. The poutine was so salty you could learn a lesson from the Costco food court. Looked under staffed with one waitress running around between multiple tables waiting long periods of time to place an order and get our disappointing food. Sad cause the place could have so much potential as the patio is nice and good atmosphere. Food is awful and overpriced !

Just bad! Nobody to greet us. Sat down and after about 15 min, had to ask the bartender if anyone was coming around to take food/drink orders. Finally someone came but with an attitude like we were interrupting her but it was pretty dead in there. there may have been only 5 tables total. Definitely more than 1 server working that night. Ordered nachos with chicken and guac. Nachos were stale, cheese and chicken both lukewarm when they arrived. Like it had been sitting there for a long while. Guac tasted like it was old too. We sent it back and they made a 'new' one that was actually hot the next time. Overpriced garbage food.

Also had wings and they were good. Terrible food and service overall. My friend said the bathroom was also gross. Definitely avoid this place!!

Greasy fish and chips. Pools of oil on plate. Frys were of the frozen type and cold. Expensive for what you get. Very slow service. Will never return or recommend.

This was an awful experience from start to finish. The food was extremely poor — everything was dry, flavorless, and nowhere near worth the price being charged. For what they’re asking, there is absolutely no value here.

The bathrooms were disgusting. All four of us used them on the way out, and every single person came back saying the same thing: sticky floors, filth everywhere, and urine all over the floor in two of the washrooms. When we brought this up to staff, they couldn’t have cared less. They literally shrugged it off like it was nothing, which says a lot about how little pride they take in the place.

Between the terrible food, the filthy conditions, and the dismissive attitude from staff, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Save your money — this place isn’t worth it

Sorry to say, but first time to your restaurant will be my last. I went there with my GF for lunch. I ordered the 8” pizza and told my server that I didn’t want any olives, she said okay. My GF order a salad. Both of them were terrible. My pizza that arrived only had cheese and sauce, I asked to see the menu again, after reading very closely it said that everything was an add on at a minimum of $1.75 per topping. The way it was shown on the menu it appeared that the toppings were included and if you wanted more that was the cost.

When I said no olives, I question why the server didn’t say that they were not included

I won’t even go into what the salad looked like

It was a beautiful Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty. I wonder why?

Honestly place is pretty chill minus the dad rock, that redhead server with the curly hair and glasses gave us all sass after incorrectly charging every single one of us. She also had a hostile attitude when the bowling lane wasn't set up correctly. She said we would just have to deal with it. I like coming here, but honestly gonna skip if she's still working here

Had a really good night and lots of fun, however redhead server with curly hair was extremely rude to us and acted hostile after she made a mistake on our bill, made my entire group uncomfortable. I like coming here but I don't know if I want to come again while she's working

Beautiful view when eating dinner, comfy seats, very friendly waiters and manager. On top of that the food was great and my family enjoyed the little comments/jokes on the menu! It adds personality to each option, next time we come to victoria we will be eating here again.

Great food, Jordan did awesome!

We came to the CBH for my boyfriend’s birthday! We were a table of 20 and we had Maddie as our waitress. She was absolutely fabulous. Friendly, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. All of our food and drinks came out quickly. It was a memorable night and Maddie was a huge part of that.

Keep up the great work! We will be back
