The experience was disappointing in terms of food.The service is regular.The only good thing that saves this place is the location and the activities you can do there.I think it's basically a place to have some drinks and enjoy activities with your friends, it's definitely not the place to eat something delicious.

Service was great, but the lunch wasn't fantastic. It was OK. Had hair on the burger which I didn't see until I was halfway done because it had such low lighting. It could be brighter inside.

There is no shortage of screens at this sports bar chain, they are everywhere, but it is a sports bar. The most disappointing thing was that there was no local beers at all; Victoria has about 12 local breweries most of whom brew excellent freshly brewed beer but, alas, none of them are represented here. This is a shame, no doubt due to the contracts major chains like these keep with multi national brewing companies. Same with wine list, not a BC wine there either. I like the money I spend to trickle back to my community, not be siphoned off by large mega corporations. Therefore I will not return to this establishment.

I heard this place sucks. I personally would never order food here and I didn't , so I can't speak to that. But I met up with a friend who likes UFC so that's what brought me there. We had drinks outside in the freezing cold at night because apparently their online booking system is completely useless ?

Honestly we came in here seeing the bad reviews (lately) not expecting much food/service wise due to previous reviews, But the bowling caught our eyes, and we had to try it. We came in not expecting much, but the service/food we received was not what we were expecting. The food was amazing on pasta Thursdays, the service was great and fast with exceptional flavour, the service yet again was great. the bowling is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing . Truly the best time I had in Victoria during off months.

Service was fine once we sat down but as someone who works in the service industry I'm frankly shocked at the lack of a hostess. You have a huge restaurant and the first obstacle starts when you walk in and have no clue where to go. You see a host stand, and no host. Only to find out later, the host wasn't just absent but non-existent. The food was fine, the servers were friendly but frankly, the greatness doesn't start until you're already sitting down and have waited for someone to notice you. The review would have been a 5/5 instead of a 3/5 if you had a hostess. Our visit would have been smooth from start to finish instead of 10 minutes in. I seriously think just adding a few extra support staff would improve your ratings and customer experiences exponentially.

Walked in waited 20 Mins for someone to tell us to seat yourself, servers passed us with out saying a word to us so we stood there .Service was horrible atmosphere horrible. When bowling everyone leaves there drinks on a table cause you cant take your drinks with you. Which is sooo unsafe to leave your drink with a bunch of other random peoples drinks. We left and went to bowl in langford. We will not be back again. Do not recommend
