Fresh, clean food at this price point. Great selection of greens, proteins (including plant-based), sauces, & carbs. Uncomplicated but tasty and healthy food. I loved especially their offering of brown basmati rice, which has a glycemic index and is nutritionally superior to white rice.

The Chopped Leaf in Langford, at Westshore, is our go to spot for a good meal. Today, Jan 5, 2024, we stopped in for wraps and a drink. The two staff were friendly, professional and prompt. The wraps were full of fresh ingredients and very tasty. The restaurant, including the washroom, was very clean. WE love this place.

Ordered a salad and was SO disappointed with it. Look at what the picture looks like to advertise it and then the picture of what you actually get. The staff or owner did not care when I questioned them about it. They should not post pictures if that is not what the actual get. Will NEVER return.

Terrible really gone down hill. Order from here often and it has recently really gone down hill: I don’t understand why you would change from putting dressing on the side to directly on top the salad, the last 2 salads I’ve got have been soggy and gross. I ordered today and my salad had only 2 TINY piece of cucumber in it and I also added avocado to it and I got one small brown piece of avocado if you are charging 2.50 for avocado at least give more that 1 piece. Also had a spicy chicken sandwich and I ate it right after picking it up and it was cold and soggy. :(

Service was amazing. First time at chopped leaf and was greated by a man who I assume was the owner. He was extremely kind and welcoming. I got the Bangkok extra spicy, which I found not very spicy at all, but i buy hotsauce more than any other condiments, so take that as you will. The pricing was brilliant, and I'll definitely be coming back. Last of all the cookies are perfect!
Dietary restrictions: The man who served us said he had many gf options, gf cookies, and you can build your own if there's anything you need to avoid.
