We got the two piece cod fish and chips. Wait time was pretty long, a disappointing wait. The fish was very flavourless and oily and left us with a nauseous feeling after. The coleslaw was good and had more seasoning than the fish. The place was cute though with a good view of the inner-harbour.

Food so good, we went for the Halibut! They were busy, staff works hard but hard work and no attention to customers because of it. Can’t suggest a fix. On a hot sunny day the pair seating is right in the sun, new meaning of fish fry.

Okay - let me start by saying this, this is an extremely touristy spot. The vibes are lovely, great music near the Mexican place. All in all, a great place to stop by for the first time.
We ordered the steamed crab as we do each time, it is excellent and for those living in landlocked cities, fresh steamed crab is a treat! We also ordered the two piece halibut and chips. Halibut is fresh but the batter could be crispier and lighter. The Cole slaw is home made and good without all the commercial gunk and colour.
Definitely worth a visit. But touristy begets touristy prices.

We absolutely loved the food here!
Visited on a summer mid-week day with a group of seven, and every dish we tried was fantastic. The staff was excellent as well. I can highly recommend this place!

A simple, no-frills spot—just the way I like it—to enjoy the excellent bounty of the northern Pacific. The salmon chowder and oysters were REALLY outstanding; the fish and chips a touch greasier than ideal, but still fresh and flavorful. Overall, I can’t bring myself to give it less than five stars, because everything is genuinely good and fresh. Perfect for a quick, unfussy lunch or dinner.

Some of the best Fish and Chips I've ever had in my life. Choice of Ling Cod or Halibut.
Ordered a two piece halibut and chips. The batter on the fish had no seasoning whatsoever, was plain and soggy. The fries were mush, also with no seasoning or flavour. Even the tartar sauce and coleslaw tasted of nothing. . This fish itself was rubbery and likely a store bought frozen box fish. Very disappointing meal.

Batter was completely tasteless. Fries were not crispy. Tartare sauce was a paste.
