We were looking for a place for Thursday night football on a recent trip to Victoria. With all the Thursday night games being on Amazon we were nervous, as bars in the states frequently just skip those games if they are out of market. It turns out all primetime NFL games are on broadcast networks in Canada, we didn’t need to worry, everyone had it on.
Well, this was a great place to watch the Seahawks. Lots of Hawks fans, a few jerseys. A great place to cheer with fellow fans. Our bartender was extremely busy, yet she managed to be quite attentive. We really enjoyed our evening.

We celebrated our Christmas party at this restaurant yesterday. The place itself is very nice, with a great atmosphere and a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment. Everything we ordered from the menu was extremely poorly prepared. The dishes were overly salty, over-peppered, and simply unpleasant to eat. It reached a point where no one at the table wanted to continue eating. We tried almost every item on the menu, hoping to find something decent, but nothing met even basic expectations. Considering the amount of money we spent, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The overall level of the kitchen was comparable to very low-quality street food, which was shocking given how good the restaurant itself looks. The management seriously needs to reconsider the standards of the kitchen and the work of the chef.
It was a large party of eight individuals, and it felt like we had bigger expectations. Overall grateful that they were able to accommodate, but it is pub food, and you should go in with those expectations. Cheers!
Excellent food and service. We were there early in the evening for dinner so there were few people and noise level was low, but the previous time we were there it was quite full and it was rather lively. Noce selection of local beer.
Great experience and good times. Our server Brittany M was outstanding in every way, A + for her. Thank you!

Our service was amazing, the value was amazing and we had a really fun night at the Sticky Wicket! I can highly recommend it especially with a large group. It's a great place.
Great Home venue for VMTL league darts
Took my adult children there for dinner and fun. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced and generous portions. Overall, a really great place to go for a social night out.
Three of us went for the Dine Around menu and were very impressed with what we got for $35., an excellent value today. Everything was nicely presented on the plate, as well as very tasty. The choices for each course were excellent as well. The noise level in the family section of the pub was pleasantly moderate, a change from the usual LOUD!
Will, our waiter was attentive and upbeat. The food was outstanding. Dine Around value was amazing. 3 of us had the sirloin Oscar - done to perfection with a nice amounts of veggies on the side. My other friend had the seafood fettuccine, loaded with shrimp, scallops and seafood. The 4 of us could have a great conversation as we were not drown out by the music. I have recommended this to as many people as would listen.

Server seemed confused by a group of 8 people. 50% of the orders were incorrect but what was correct tasted good.
We went for the Victoria Dine Around 3 course meal. We all (4 of us) thought the quality, flavour and value was really good. Only complaint (and it is an important one) was that none of the food was HOT. We had 3 steak dinners and one pasta from the dine around. We want to go back, but are hoping that this long term establishment starts the practice of serving meals on heated plates. It makes all the difference! Thank you for offering such delicious meals for this event. The $35 price tag offered great value for what we ate.
We went to the sticky wicket for dinner with friends during dine around Victoria. We had the 3 course meal and it was great, my steak was cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was delicious.
Excellent value for a three course dine around. The presentation and flavour of the food is was excelllent and delicious.
Drinks are watered down, food is small portions and cheap, service is completely slow but when you do get service it's fine. We got kicked out 20 minutes before New Year's Eve probably because we weren't buying the overpriced watered down “alcohol”
