Every month for the past three years, Chef Laura has arrived at our house armed with groceries. By the time she leaves, the house smells amazing, the kitchen is spotless and the fridge and freezer are filled to the brim with wonderful meals. Chef Laura is attentive and diligent to every detail and accommodates my father's often changing and special diet requirements with grace and ease. Three years on, my father continues to eat wonderful nutritious food that meets his special dietary needs - and he refuses to eat anything but Chef Laura meals! The peace of mind that my family gets from knowing that my father is eating extremely well despite his health challenges is hard to convey. Everyone needs Chef Laura in their lives!

Chef Laura was able to create a gluten-free and low FODMAP menu that also fit with my personal tastes. She's well-organized, works independently, and always leaves the kitchen clean when she leaves. We used Good for You Gourmet for my daughter's wedding. I will start by saying the food at the wedding was good. The rest of the process was not. The wedding was for approximately 80 guests which seemed to be too much for Chef Laura to handle. She was very flustered during the planning when minimal changes were made. We weren't even sure if she was going to show up on the day of the wedding. I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had too on this occasion. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Highly recommend, as a full time working mom of two young children. We needed some help with food prep and ready made HEALTHY meals. Chef Laura was AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things, the food was amazing. So organized. When I came home it was like no one was there (dishes were done, counters were clean) until I opened the door to an amazing scent, and my fridge and freezer had some amazing meals. Chef Laura was wonderful to chat with before the weekend, helping us pick a balanced menu that everyone in our group could eat. It’s not often that our menu is fully celiac-safe, dairy-free, and kid-approved! Not only were all the meals excellent, filling and memorable, Chef Laura left the kitchen absolutely spotless (possibly even cleaner than before!). Even the fridge was completely organized. Amazing.
