Happened upon this absolute gem of a place. Greeted by the owner at the door. Food was unreal and the drinks just as great. The tacos were incredible as was the chicken burger!! For the love of god try the blackberry sour!!Will be back regularly!

Shame, nice place trying new things. The food I saw looked decent, but perhaps not worth the cost. Wasn't able to enjoy the place any more than half a night since they cut me off after 4 drinks, even though that was over 4 hours. And after I paid cover to see my friends band play. Nice reno and interesting artwork, however. But, not recommended for a Friday night after a long week. Could have been a good place if wasn't for the staff.

To grow and develop a great business you need to listen and adapted to customer concerns or feedback, including negative reviews. Becoming instantly defensive and or making excuses is not a great look. Seems the Hallway is no longer what it originally was as the quality has dropped significantly. I was there Valentines night for dinner, when a steak was ordered staff returned advising they did not have any steak even though steak was listed on their pre set valentines dinner menu. We were told they did NOT have steak. Salmon was ordered but soon we were told they did not have that either. In the big picture not end of the world but you claim in other reviews you did have steak blame the server for misunderstanding and say “ask for the manager” which I have never asked to speak to a manager when told an item is unavailable. I don’t believe that and the excuses/blame game doesn’t make me want to come back.Food feedback: fries were good, wine good. Pork chop ok.Chicken burger given not what you have on your Online menu. Chicken tenders need to be removed from menu. Blackberry sour cocktail had no blackberries or blackberry flavour, remove from menu.Staff and managers need training on cocktail making for quality and speed of service.Last note, I too believe a large majority of your 5 star reviews in the last 7 months are fake. I encourage anyone to have a look and judge for yourself.

Was there with a group for an event. I was served a canned beer that expired in 2022, I only noticed this because the can was sticky and sharp, so I examined and found the expectation date on the bottom. The staff then said it was a mistake from the store, which doesn’t make sense because I’m unaware of how both a store and a restaurant can miss an expiration date. after this, I was charged $4 for a coke. No service recovery whatsoever. Long wait times for any table service, and lack of organization throughout the staff and establishment. I understand that it can be rough having a change in atmosphere with an event and new staff in training. However there should be accountability for the problems instead of making the customers feel like an inconvenience for asking for bare minimum customer service.

This place packs their food just horribly!! Beware! Check bag before accepting.The worst part is they take absolutely no ownership for their mistake when a customers 50$ order gets all dumped together.Just completely absolve themselves.How can people do this and sleep at night?Don't patronize this place. Poor production and stinky attitude!
