The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Saanich

We go to this Keg every year for our Anniversary and it is always awesome! The food is always good, the service always excellent and personal.

Sirloin Seafood Combo dinner is NOT a good deal. VERY little seafood but delicious sauce. Order Lobster instead.

We use to go to the forte street location but past 3 times was not satisfied with food, this will become our go to location! plus don't have pay for parking!

The iceberg lettuce wedge, honestly, I am still shaking my head. $14 before tax and tip, and it was a raw cold chunk of lettuce. With sone salad dressing. My fault thinking it would be like a cabbage melt. But still !

The Keg never disappoints. I generally sit in the bar area when going to this location, but this time I was with family so we sat in the dining room. Our service was exemplary. Patrick was fantastic. The food as always was wonderful... though I really need to go outside of my comfort zone and get something besides Steak and Lobster LOL.

The portion size was perfect. The waiter was awesome. Heard my utensil fall (one i wasnt going to use) offered a new napkin and utensils. Our order was miss heard but i still ate the extra veggies. The amount of plates (bread, sides, meal, for 2 people ) the table was not big enough for plates and drinks (water, alcohol) space is needed too crowded :/ but delicious

Quick service, food came faster than I thought it would and it was very good. Steak did not need any sauce, tasted great

Josh was reasonably attentive. Food arrived hot. Our table location was rather noisy and close to entrance way which gave a constant draft. Which unfortunately resulted in my having a stiff neck later.

Welcomed and seated promptly. Great server - Declan - thanks to him. Wonderful food - it was superb.

Prime Rib and Lobster Roll were delicious. Our server, Brent was informative and pleasant.

This was our 51st wedding anniversary, and we also was at the Keg for our 50th too. Always the best experience.

Our family enjoyed an excellent meal with very good service. It was a sixty birthday celebration and we were able to take a birthday cake and we appreciate that service.

When I go to The Keg I get the prime rib. I don't really get anything else because I don't want to be disappointed by experimenting with something else. The prime rib is something that I'm always happy with and I love the horseradish. Love the heat of the horse radish as it goes through my sinuses. Any virus in my sinuses will be dead after that horseradish goes through it. It is hot. My friend who has never had the horseradish before almost ate half of the horseradish serving. He is lucky I stopped him.

The few things that were wrong here were a little out of the Keg's control. The location is off a main road that turns into a shared parking lot. Just pulling into the lot, there was a bottleneck because of the size of the shared parking. Took us about 10-15 minutes and a few laps of the lot to find a spot. There was also a 20-minute wait to be seated due to the popularity of the place. The food was good when we finally got seated and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff were very nice and polite. Thank you.

Good was great, atmosphere was great but the service was amazing! Glenn was our server and he was fabulous! We don’t eat out much, my husband and I are both very good cooks and love to cook so for us the experience is as important or more important than the actual food and tonight was amazing.

It was our 9 year anniversary and it was lovely!! Thank you so much !!
