Tasty happy hour blue Margarita and yummy baked shrimp. Tuna unfortunately was bland. The table bread they serve is warm and fresh. Our sever was awesome.

Kat A did a great job serving me and made sure I had everything I need. Thanks Kat! The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The washrooms are very nice here also. I really liked the music playlist they had on too, it was a little more groovy than your usual lounge playlist.

We went to the Keg for an early dinner with visiting family members on March 21. We were initially seated upstairs, but when we asked to see the "Happy Hour" menu we were told that it was only available downstairs in the Lounge. We thought that was a bit strange, as it all comes out of the same kitchen, but downstairs we went. Turned out to be a positive, as our server Becca was amazing. She was cheerful, efficient and a pleasure to be served by. The food and drinks were good, as we always expect at The Keg, but the best part about that visit to the Keg...was Becca. The Keg should feel fortunate to have her as an employee.

Food was great, our server was fabulous. Restaurant was packed but we could carry on a conversation easily.
My husband and I visited the restaurant with his family to celebrate his birthday last night. While we were all enjoying our meals, my husband and his sister finished their dish first. At that point, the server began clearing dishes while me and his mother were still eating. It was interrupting our conversation and creating some unnecessary pressure...My mother in law felt a bit rushed and I ended up shoving mini tomatoes in my mouth. Furthermore, we were presented with the bill while enjoying our dessert and then a server came back shortly to our table with the payment machine before we had finished our dessert. I had to pause, put my spoon down, and rummaged through my bag to find my wallet for payment. We initially thought the restaurant might be closing soon which is why I assumed the server was in a rush, but there was still an hour left until closing time at 9:30pm. Overall, food was great, but we were unhappy with the services provided by our server.
I really like this Keg Steakhouse location better than the one in downtown Victoria. This place is huge, with ample seating and reservations available. We visit usually during happy hour and enjoy trying out their limited time dishes and drinks from time to time. Plus the bartender is a pleasure to talk to, when it's not a busy day!With ample parking, kind staff and delicious dishes to try - this place is a great place to eat at for couples, families or even with friends, whether it's for formal or non-formal events!Vegetarian options: Non-meat dishes options available on the menu.Parking: Free parking lot on property for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor, no stairs or elevator required.

Normally I am very happy with Keg meals. This one was not nice. Very busy Sunday probably 'caused the problem. The broccoli was luke-warn and tough, the NY strip steak was good and cooked exactly how I like it. The baked potato tasted like was a day old and the skin was super tough to chew. BUT what really bothered me was the lobster was mushy on one side. As I said I think the kitchen staff were overwhelmed . That does change the fact however that I didn't enjoy my meal. I would give the Key another try but at this point I would send a friend there.

I specifically went during the happy hour to enjoy some cheaper prices, and booking was made in advance Nobody cared to mention before seating us that there's this thing about happy hour that it only applies if you are sitting in the lounge or bar area Apparently where they made me sit was none of those for some reason, i could see lot of empty space in the lounge area, Everything else was standard, nothing extraordinary, food was average
