We were very excited to try the Pink Bicycle, but sadly, despite their website saying they were open, they were closed when we arrived. We were disappointed to miss this experience!
We enjoyed our BLUE FLAME burgers. But it was the side-order of poutine that was spectacular! Here's why: - It's served in a bowl, rather than on a plate. - The gravy is at the bottom of the bowl - allowing fries to stay crisp. - You had better love cheese! The restaurant melts lots of cheese curds on the fries. Nothing but burgers are on the menu, but all of them are good. Start with the signature Pink Bicycle burger. I have tried other items on menu and all are good, but I keep going back to the Pink Bicycle burger. Have it with truffle fries.
