Visited on Saturday morning. It was somewhat busy and we waited about 5 to 10 minutes before being seated. We ordered the Banana and Candied Pecan Waffles, the bacon and ham omelette, and the Swiss ham benny. All three were good, but the waffles were definitely the standout. Portions were generous, food came out in a reasonable time, and presentation was on point. Service was attentive without hovering. Overall, great food and solid service. Would come back.
I ordered the Açai bowl. There was no Açai in the bowl. It was yogurt, berries, banana, granola and banana. So it was a parfait, it was good but needed the Açai. I was too shy to say anything at the time. But any Açai bowl I’ve had always had Açai.
Went here with my mom twice while we were staying at Hotel Zed. The first morning we had an amazing omelette, I eat healthy so I was able to pick what I wanted in my omelette which was on the menu. The second morning my mom and I had the berry waffles which were to die for. The waffles were so puffy you just had to put the knife through it once and it cut right through (now that's what I call homemade). They had a strawberry puree that I dipped my waffles in that was so good....
