This is the reason I go to Victoria early in the morning so I can eat here. The benny's are always perfect medium poach and the inhouse hot sauce is something I buy I bring home. I have had all the breakfast items now and will be eating here as long they are open. I suggest the Slater's and the Oak Bay Hash these are 2 of my favorite items. This is worth the trip from Vancouver just to eat here.

Every part of our visit to The Village was amazing! The service was fast and friendly. The food was phenomenal! Very accommodating to the food allergies at our table and such a wide variety of options using local ingredients. I highly recommend you try one of The Village locations in Victoria.

My wife ordered the West Coast Benny, eggs medium on latkes. I ordered 2 pancakes with a side of bacon. We both had coffee. The pancakes were excellent. My wife’s eggs were cooked hard and the latkes tasted burnt. My side of bacon was way overcooked and the watermelon with the fruit appeared to be starting to rot. On the positive side, the coffee was free, they took the bacon off bill, reduced the cost of my wife’s Benny and gave us a gift card for a future visit. It was not...
