I could not make it downtown, so ordered on line. They called and let me know they do local deliveries, so I ordered at 8:30 and by 10:30 (same day) it was at my door! I'm flabbergasted, in the best possible way. The service and prices are so good at the shop, this was just over the top. Thanks!

Even though I walked around the store looking for a product, no associate came to ask me whether I required assistance despite no customers in the store and staff milling about. I was not greeted by the cashier. She told me the price of the product, gave me my receipt and then walked away. My take away is that she is racist as I am a visible minority or customer service here is not what is used to be.

My visit to The Vitamin Shop turned sour due to the staff’s blatant racism. Staff murmured amongst themselves making unwarranted racially insensitive comments about how my friends and I, all Asian, must have just come off of a tourist bus and proceeded to approach us as if we wouldn’t be able to understand English. This level of unprofessionalism is honestly astounding. If you’re a person of colour and would like to be treated with basic respect I would strongly suggest visiting elsewhere.
