We went into this Tim Hortons to grab a quick coffee and something for breakfast when we were visiting the nearby Animal Hospital the cashier was probably the rudest Tim Hortons employee I have ever encountered.
When I asked her for a splash of decaf coffee in a french vanilla she looked at me and said we don't have decaf.
I know this to be untrue and was literally looking at the carafe of decaf coffee.
I asked her about three different ways until she finally understood what I was asking for and said okay.
I ordered six muffins to go and she told me we couldn't have a pumpkin spice muffin, but didn't explain why. She eventually just rolled her eyes and put a pumpkin spice muffin in the Box.
Then they gave me my daughters ice cap which we always get with 2% milk instead of cream, they made it with cream. When I asked him to remake it, the man working behind the counter looked at me as though I had asked for his first born child.
When the girl handed me my box of muffins she basically threw it on the counter and the box was not closed, so that was fun.
When the man remade the ice cap he also slammed it down on the counter and would not even look at me.
I understand language barriers, being the daughter of two immigrant parents I also understand the importance of being polite as this is what I was taught.
If I was to act like that in any of the jobs I've ever worked I would expect to be fired.
I remember this location having great food and the owner ran a tight ship so to speak, I'm not sure if the same person owns it or if he sold it but I will never go there again.
There was not one single person who spoke even enough English to understand me, there were people waiting in line that just gave me a look of understanding because they too were waiting for their subpar food and had also received subpar service.
Take out food is not cheap, nothing these days is, so I expect to get what I pay for and it never seems to happen.
Every single time we bring our business to an establishment, we are utterly disappointed.
It has literally come to the point where the only option that leaves one satisfied and not out a bunch of money is staying home and cooking yourselves.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service is awesome, especially during breakfast hours – everything was quick, fresh, and well-prepared. The manager here does a fantastic job leading the team, and you can really see it in how smoothly everything runs. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve visited!

Baljinder is an amazing customer service representative, she helpes with a great customer service. It was end of the day, can imagine how tiring it can be in food industry. But she was amazing, she deserves a raise on her pay check.

BIG improvement at Tim Hortons at 3253 Douglas over the last few months!
The place is now very clean, tables regularly wiped, staff friendly and attentive.

The wait times at this location continue to get worse. During the evenings I've had to wait almost 15 minutes for a double double. Unacceptable. The staff seem to not care very much about customer service as they are struggling too much with a terrible situation their managers and company continue to put them in. The business has gone downhill so much its unbelievable. As if the food wasn't bad enough, now the service has been completely abandoned.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The service is always quick and friendly, and the coffee and food are consistently great. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Monica—she’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and always makes my visits better with her warm attitude. It’s little things like that which make all the difference. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or something to eat, the experience is always smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location!
One of the best Tim Hortons I have been to! The service is consistently friendly, and the place is always spotless. I have noticed things run super smoothly here as this location is really well-managed. I think the manager’s name is Monica? Whatever she’s doing, it’s working. You can tell the team is motivated and takes pride in their work. Definitely my go-to spot now.

Whether I’m stopping in for a quick coffee or sitting down for a relaxed breakfast, the Tim members is always welcoming and the service is friendly. Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I love their variety of donuts and Timbits—perfect for a sweet treat on the go. The breakfast sandwiches are warm, satisfying, and reasonably priced. It's a go-to spot for me and my family.

I’ve noticed a huge improvement at this Tim Hortons location recently! The customer service has become so much more welcoming and efficient. The staff are friendly, quick, and really seem to care about getting your order right. You can feel the difference in the atmosphere — it’s cleaner, more organized, and the energy is positive.
A big shoutout to the management team — it’s clear they’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring up the standards and support the staff. It really shows in the way the team works together and treats customers. Keep up the great work!
