I arrived early this morning at Tim Horton's. It was open at 6am! I think it even opens at 5am on weekdays. The staff were friendly and open and very quick, getting thru long line ups without anyone becoming frustrated. Many are critical of Tim Horton's because it is a chain, but the individual locations are locally owned and locally managed franchises. I heard that in India there is available a Tim Horton's work visa, so imagine these good people moving across the world to help serve a nice hot cup of coffee. That's pretty amazing and the Tim Horton's workers are on their feet 8 or 9 hours and still manage to be gracious and smile. I think that is top notch service and I am really thankful that I had this clean, quiet and great music played, place to help me as I prepared to enter the CBC Poetry Contest. Thank you to Tim Horton's and especially Meghe at the Douglas location and Ahktik at the Saanich Plaza location and Shazia downtown location. India is sad to have lost you and Canada is honoured to welcome you. Thank you!

I stop by this Tim Hortons regularly and always have a good experience. The staff are friendly and quick, even during busy hours. My coffee is always fresh, and the baked goods are also warm and tasty. The location is convenient, clean, and well-managed. It's my go-to spot for a breakfast and coffee break. Amazing team and excellent service.
I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons on Douglas Street. A big thank you to Manager Monika, who is always welcoming, and clearly cares about both the team and the customers. The rest of the team members are also fantastic as always polite, quick with orders, and keep the place clean.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. This is my to go place if like to hangout at the parking lot during my coffee break or during my free time. But my exprience recently was not so good ( I will not disclose any date, time and who was working during my visit to give the store the benefit of the doubt ).. I always comes here regularly, and i usually ask to use the bathroom while waiting for my coffee. So it all started when i ordered Xlarge , 3 cream and 4 sugar. my Bill was 3.65 so i gave the cashier 4.65 so i can get a dollar back. She didn’t gave my change, so i told her i still have a dollar change, maybe she was just confused or busy, but she still gave my dollar back anyway. Then i asked her if i can use the washroom, she told me she will buzz me in, so i went to the washroom door but nothing is happening maybe because she didn’t open the door for me, so i went back in front to asked her again, and she told me i’d just buzz you!!! and she seems to be so upset..So as a customer for a long time, i was shocked about her attitude, i told her you didn’t buzz me in, because if she did, i would hear the door clicks, but nothing was happening when im trying to open the door. And she never admit that she didn’t open the door for me. And i told her that she was not paying attention on her job, and then she told me that, she was just by herself, as if it was my fault that she was working in that kind of situation. So i told her, it was not my problem. I know this was a simple thing, but it will have a tremendous impact on customer experience specially on those who comes here regularly.

I was there in the morning, and despite it being busy, the service was quick and friendly. You can tell the manager runs things really well. Nova was especially warm, welcoming, and attentive, she made the whole experience even better.

I have a walker, and I needed to use a washroom immediately. I asked to use the disability washroom and they refused, repeating to "use the one on the left, the one on the left, the one on the left," with no explanation.
If someone with a disability needs a washroom that is clearly marked for them, you best believe you're being ableist toward them not allowing them to use the disabled washroom.

I always visited there for food and beverages and I have to admit that service is always upto par. Too early in the morning, and the way the treat people is just amazing. And not just the Monika the whole team is so welcoming and that clearly shows the temperament of the team.

The gal who took my order was exceptionally polite (I had a free birthday breakfast sandwich ?). The biscuit was fresh and the meal was nice and warm but the egg was way overcooked to the extent it tasted dry. Nice booth was available to my friend and I, and not overly noisy.

The staff at this location all all so helpful and have a positive hard working atmosphere . The quality of food prepared and served is always up to a high standard. The donuts are always fresh and the display is always stocked nicely. Management is doing an excellent job!! Keep up the great work!! ?
