I love ordering on the app except you can't do any à la carte orders which is too bad because I would order a side of bacon every time I order my bacon omelette bites. They should add such a feature to the online app.Otherwise the service is great when you stand in line and the atmosphere is always awesome.

Dee was very disrespectful to the people. My app is set up with scan and pay and I paid my bill. She came to my table and said I scaned but did not pay my bill. Then she said I don't have money in my account. She was very rude and disrespectful towards me. People like this should not be working in a place like this. I spoke to the manager but the manager did nothing.

Recent renovations on the inside are very cool! Clean and stylish. This is a welcoming location, and the staff are fast and helpful. I enjoy sitting inside for breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. The drive through line can be long at times, but it moves really fast.

They forgot a sandwich in my order and I got a bagel with cream cheese and bacon wasn’t cut in half like usual and they only put cream cheese on one half and not very much, either they are sleeping on shift or just in a rush, there was no line at all so

The renovation and first experience in the updated location restored my faith in it. They were well staffed and ready to open, and my breakfast sandwich was quite literally the best Tim Horton’s breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had.Excited to see this location thrive. Observed what I assumed is the owner interacting with some customers and she seemed nice.Oh and I just heard an employee in the back say “Alexa, add croissants to the shopping list” assuming the restaurant is low on croissants LOL.It is BEAUTIFUL inside. Come see!

This is the best tim hortons on Vancouver island. Have plenty of seats inside as well as outside to accommodate guests, safe parking area and friendly staff. A girl named Nav working as assistant manager is extremely cautious and helpful. Will visit again.
