Just wanted to commend Macky. He is one of the few who pays attention to customers'orders. Among everyone who has been making my order at this location, I think it is the very first time my drink mobile order was properly made. The app is kinda limited regarding what you could request so I placed my request before my name. And he fulfilled the order with speed and accuracy. Absolutely amazing!

Sherman, Ivan, Joan, Tania, Maki and the rest of the team all perform their duties, efficiently, proficiently, and pleasantly as well as everything wonderfully clean. I appreciate that because alot of Tims aren't. I go early most mornings and always find them ready with a full show case and the coffee in full supply. I have to say, they have a regular following. They know most of our names and are all just the nicest group of people. Sherwin and Ivan are kind and supportive managers. It shows with there many happy staff. I love going there every morning. Nothing but 5 stars for everything they do here. They are very efficient and friendly. Drinks served hot and quickly (in less than a minute!). Even as early as 6am, plenty of pastry options available and always fresh. I love this location, and I can only hope to get the same level of service elsewhere! Shoutout to the morning crews Joan and Ivan, the manager, for making my ordinary morning coffee run something to look forward to everyday. You're the best in what you do!
