I enjoy Tim Hortons. The prices are good, and the food & drinks are good. I like their iced latte, chai tea, and chilli. The place is clean, and the staff are polite & quick. Great spot for a quick bite or drink. Great value for money.

If someone is working a register, that needs to be their focus. Especially if there are other employees wandering around in the back. I guess I had to spend that little extra at Starbucks for actual service.
I ordered a large coffee with 2 sweeteners but there was no sweetener at all! I’ve had multiple negative experiences before but this was my final straw.The workers need to be trained properly.
