If someone is working a register, that needs to be their focus. Especially if there are other employees wandering around in the back. I guess I had to spend that little extra at Starbucks for actual service.

I ordered a large coffee with 2 sweeteners but there was no sweetener at all! I’ve had multiple negative experiences before but this was my final straw.The workers need to be trained properly.

They always put no chipotle mayo in the farmers wrap. Sooo bland ugh
Just wanted to commend Macky. He is one of the few who pays attention to customers'orders. Among everyone who has been making my order at this location, I think it is the very first time my drink mobile order was properly made. The app is kinda limited regarding what you could request so I placed my request before my name. And he fulfilled the order with speed and accuracy. Absolutely amazing!

Sherman, Ivan, Joan, Tania, Maki and the rest of the team all perform their duties, efficiently, proficiently, and pleasantly as well as everything wonderfully clean. I appreciate that because alot of Tims aren't. I go early most mornings and always find them ready with a full show case and the coffee in full supply. I have to say, they have a regular following. They know most of our names and are all just the nicest group of people. Sherwin and Ivan are kind and supportive managers. It shows with there many happy staff. I love going there every morning.
