One of the cleanest branches located within the city of Victoria. Tim Members are efficient, fast and friendly. Floors are clean and the washroom too. Special mention to Pam for always being the best!

Pam and Iya are fantastic employees at Tim Hortons (2680 Blanshard location) and always make myself and my client, who is an older adult living with a chronic disability, very comfortable and cared for. They know us by name and we look forward to seeing them every week and tell all our coworkers and friends about our wonderful experience each time! :) I hope they receive the recognition they deserve!

their coffees are burn and left for hours, both of them close to my house but they sell the worse coffee

The team here are really great, they’re always so friendly and seem to remember everyone by name when they walk through the door, they even remember how I take my tea which is nice, I’m sure that energy brightens a lot of people’s days. Thanks for being awesome ❤️

For 3 years I had zero problems here. The last 5 times every time I got burnt /stale coffee. Coffee is your bread and butter maybe spend less time on artisan pizzas if you can't keep your coffee fresh.

Ordering terminals out of order. One bathroom closed. Power outlets in dining area not functioning. Half the dining room blocked off 5 hours before store close. Overall impression is that it's a poorly maintained location. Stars given for staff, and doughnut freshness, but none for the state of the restaurant.

I love going to this Tim’s they’re always just smiling and happy to serve. Especially, Edileen and Pam, they always make sure that everyone feels welcomed in the store. They even remember my name! I also noticed they know almost everyone who’s grabbing their breakfast in store! Their smiles are uplifting and just sets me up for the day! Store is always kept clean too!

Stopped in on a bus tour in Victoria British Colombia. They had all our coffee orders ready and correct. And some Timbits for us. We also ate at one in upper NY and it was very good.

My daughters usually like to order from this location and this place has a self-service kiosk which is pretty nifty compared to other locations. It even scanned the gift card off my Google Wallet with ease. Drink tastes great even hours after ordering it.
