I usually enjoy visiting Tim Hortons on weekend mornings. Unfortunately, this location in Victoria left a very unpleasant impression. When I arrived, a homeless person was sleeping directly at the entrance. Inside, another person in the same condition was sitting, coughing, scratching himself and clearly not in a state to be in a family café.
This was my first visit to this particular Tim Hortons — and it will definitely be my last. I cannot imagine bringing children here and exposing them to this kind of environment.
I genuinely feel sorry for the owners of this location — it’s unfortunate that things have reached this point.

Its been a decade, these guys are continuously denying customers to use washrooms.. they always say its under maintenance.. if a person is there for dine in, they should let in🥲

I visited a few times this week and every time I was greeted with a smile and kind employee, either in the drive thru or inside the restaurant. I always order the same thing; a tea and a bagel. Each time they made my order just the way I asked. They never forgot the sleeve, I only had to ask for once which is very refreshing! When I presented the Tim's app they thanked me for my loyalty. First time for that. If you havent had the steeped tea, try it here!!

I have seen this location washrooms are not open since last 6 months. I am really surprised when staff keep saying the washrooms are out of service, seems like they don’t want customers to use it. Shall be reported this to tim Horton!

This is the best drive thru in town. So friendly and so FAST! They will get you through on about a minute and always with smiling faces.
A great place to begin a road trip. Fresh coffee. Pastries are well stocked and the service is excellent. Seat area are well tended to, it’s a busy location.
