I visited a few times this week and every time I was greeted with a smile and kind employee, either in the drive thru or inside the restaurant. I always order the same thing; a tea and a bagel. Each time they made my order just the way I asked. They never forgot the sleeve, I only had to ask for once which is very refreshing! When I presented the Tim's app they thanked me for my loyalty. First time for that. If you havent had the steeped tea, try it here!!
The service is fast, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the coffee is always fresh. Special shoutout to Sheelah, one of the crew members, whose friendly attitude and exceptional customer service make every visit enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure customers leave with a smile!
