The slowest, dirtiest tim Hortons in Victoria. Only ever having one person taking orders, making drinks, and sometimes even making the food too does not work when there is a line of 10+ people trying to get their pre-work coffee.

The lobby is closed so food can only be for take out. We came in 50 min before they were set to close and were told that they were closed for food and can only make drinks or serve pastries. I'm sorry but if your store hours are for nearly an hour after I come in, I should be able to purchase food, especially when it's fast food.

What do you think about this Cappuccino? There are only two associates who consistently work hard and provide great service. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but every time I visit and they are not there, I feel disappointed with the service I receive. My cappuccino: had no foam, was basically just milk, and wasn’t even hot. Just threw it away Really disappointing! 😠

The food/coffee was good, service could have been a little bit better. I recently went into the Tim Hortons around 6:20 am and got myself breakfast/coffee, there was already homeless in there and taken all the tables. I get they want somewhere warm to sit especially with the wind/rain, but it’s hard for someone to sit down and enjoy there breakfast when you have the homeless yelling at each other swearing and that. can’t really enjoy a breakfast first thing in the morning

Took me more than a few times for the cashier to even understand what I was saying, my food took 15 minutes for two items and of course both of my items weren't right. Heck my B.E.LT. fell apart in the bag before I sat down.

Well it looks like I'm off to the hospital due to an allergic reaction from tomatoes 😭.
Yes I mentioned my allergy, but clearly the manager who took my order was not paying attention. (Nice guy tho, and I liked the knife thru the head costume for Halloween 🎃)
I'm not sure exactly why this location of Tim Hortons is so horrible but it really is. Thankfully there is a delightful Italian coffee shop right next door!
Normally I try not to leave negative reviews but I feel like I owe it to everyone else with food allergies to mention this.

Update: I noticed the owner of the Tim's location has responded to this review asking me to do them a favour and spend time filling out some private form that literally NOBODY cares about how despite me asking multiple times for no tomatoes on my sandwich (due to allergies) I received a sandwich with tomatoes.
This is a lesson in accountability. Instead of expressing "concern", apologize.
I will not be filling out any forms. I WANT NOTHING FROM YOU.

The place you may want to go when you are in a hurry, usually they are pretty quick. This location seemed a little under staffed so service was pretty slow. However their patience with the local street population is awesome which doesn't happen often unfortunately.
