The donuts, coffee, and sausage croissant were terrific! But it took 20 minutes for us to receive our order, and we had to remind them that they still hadn’t given us our donuts yet. Nice enough folks, but really inefficient.

I love this branch so much. They were able to find a way on their computer to give me a decaf iced latte. Staff are very accommodating especially Ishma! Please take care of your staff here. They are the BEST.

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every second day and most of the staff are great. However, one employee, Balwinder, is absolutely rude and disrespectful.
Last week, I forgot to ask for a tea bag with my coffee and I offered to pay the extra 50 cents. The manager (Indian male) kindly said it was fine. Balwinder then insisted him loudly and aggressively that I should be charged. The situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
She even brought it up today in front of other customers in a disrespectful way. I told her I am willing to pay but to please call the manager so it could be clarified properly. She laughed at me and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll pay your 50 cents,” in a mocking tone.
If the concern was truly about the cost, I would honestly invite Balwinder to pay for my coffee every day since she made such an issue over 50 cents, Otherwise, there’s no need to try to embarrass customers. But clearly, the problem is not the money, it is the way she speaks to people. Customers deserve respect, no matter the amount involved.
I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the team is kind and professional.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed, and the food came out hot and quick. The staff were friendly, polite, and handled the morning rush really well. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable vibe to sit and enjoy breakfast.
I tried their Farmer’s Wrap and Iced Capp — both were amazing! Overall, great service, quality food, and a true Canadian classic experience. Highly recommend stopping by for your daily coffee fix or a quick bite.
