By far the worst Tim Hortons in the area! Avoid this location if possible. I've had many bad experiences over months and years. But yesterday or the day before everything I ordered was wrong so I had to get them to remake it. It had already took longer than needed. They didn't offer to compensate in any way. When I told them it was wrong they just stared at me. The worst customer service possible. Just now the restaurant was completely empty, I ordered on the self checkout. After a few minutes of waiting for a simple coffee and toasted bagel and butter. I realized no one was working on it and I had to call across to the back because even when I stood at the front I was ignored by all employees. It's seriously embarrassing. Management needs to do their job and not allow such incompetence.

We ordered at drive thru, they misheard our order and when we tried to correct it at the window they stated it was already made and started yelling about the drive thru time. The manager was extremely rude and impatient as we tried to get out our card to pay.

I have been a regular customer of this Tims for the past 4 years and today I have had enough with the poor service and the super slow drive thru. Why do they have to clear every car before taking the next order, they made drive thrus so you can line up but the staff won’t even take your order until the drive thru is completely empty. Why???
The service over the last year has gone down big time, and when I asked why they replied “ we are short staffed and I can apply”. I am there to get a meal not apply for a job. I found that comment rather well put together but a the same time extremely ignorant to my complaint of them being unreasonably slow.
I will just go to another Tim’s and thanks to the franchise for that.
Pls fix your staff issues and train your current staff to be more empathetic with customers as people can, and in this case I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Went in to grab a coffee and apple fritter today. When the cashier handed me my apple fritter there was icing all over his fingers. No napkin in the bag. He grabbed it with his bare hand and put it in the bag. Absolutely disgusted. Didn’t have time to cause a scene or complain. Needless it’s going in the garbage. So gross.
