Akila is what makes this place great. He makes my mornings better by being an exceptional human being. He’s very friendly, remembers your orders, treats you as an individual and not just another customer. He brings a smile to my face every time I see him. I wish the other employees followed suit. Got a coffee there yesterday at 6pm. I know Timmies is inconsistent but this was the worst ever. My XL double double tasted like a cup of burnt popcorn. Couldn’t even drink a sip.

We were visiting at 7:30 pm and were asked to move during our visit because the staff wanted to close our section. The rest of the store also had the chairs on the tables- like it was closing - the store is open for another 3.5 hours! Do they want our business?
Worst experience I’ve had. I waited for 15 minutes to place my order and was ignored twice, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy. In the end, I had to leave without being served. This was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Best Tims on the island hands down. Everytime I’ve gone my tea has been made to perfection it’s always very hot and very delicious. I go out of my way just to get my steep tea made by them!!
