I oftentimes go to this location, today it was a big line up and i thought i will miss my ferry, thanks to Manav and Mark my turn came in a short while and my coffee was scrumptious, totally loved the adeptness and warmth not to forget the leadership demonstrated.

i took chicken cravable and it is totally cold the phillipian guy didn’t heat it well in mary chef bcz he opened too early. kindly train your staff properly in a rush.

Well, Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. No matter what way you look at it, the food is all relatively the same, but not the cleanliness. This is by far the dirtiest location I've been to. Clearly they use the same mop as the kitchen. The dining area which leads me to believe they probably use that same mop in the bathrooms. It is very dirty. The counters were covered in dirt Dusty ,covered in crumbs,. Where the baseboard meets the floor? There is a lot of black grease pulled from somewhere. It's just very unsanitary tables covered in crumbs on opening. You can't sit at the table until somebody 's cleaned it or you have to clean it yourself. I didn't even want to put my hand on the counter because it was filthy. I just politely said I changed my mind and left. But it really needs to be cleaned up

the staff at this location are all so nice, they work hard and get through the line quick. satvita and swayam (sorry if i spelled your names wrong) are always very kind and remember my order every morning. there’s been times when i’ve been having a really bad day and going here actually makes it a little better

These guys have a pretty poor concept of service… They’re too busy fiddling with whatever and ignoring customers until a line forces them to notice. I frequent this branch often enough and it takes too long to simply grab a coffee.
