I had a great experience at the Esquimalt Tim Hortons recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They worked efficiently, ensuring orders were prepared quickly and accurately. the cleanliness was also impressive. The dining area and the counters were well-maintained. I will definitely be coming back!

The Esquimalt Tim Hortons always provides exceptional customer service. My son and I come about once a week after school and the staff are always very friendly, even when they are very busy. I appreciate that!
I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the “Pumpkin Spice” muffins are no longer available into November for at least three weeks. I have no interest in the “Christmas” muffin!
Parking: The store is in a Mall, so lots of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entry on the south side of the building could be tricky, but the north side is very good.

The staff at Tim Hortons at Esquimalt @ Head St are so friendly and welcoming. They compliment my outfits, remember my name and greet me, and are a laughy lovely group of people. All the food I’ve ever ordered (mostly the chicken bowls) are well prepared. The bathrooms are usually exceptionally clean, and there’s even nice decorations on the women’s sink mirror for some nice ambiance.

Nice place to sit and have a chat, but the staff are borderline incompetent. Coffee is burned half the time, and it takes forever to get food. Most of the time, they have someone riding people through instead of helping other staff member prepare orders, so there is a massive backup of people standing and waiting for orders. If you have time and want to sit down, decent enough place, if you want to be in and out in any sort of reasonable time, then avoid this place.
