One of the nicer Tim Hortons. You can see someone in the back takes pride in how the doughnuts look. Everything was fresh. Staff were busy but remained polite. Store was clean.

The regular roast coffee is almost always watery but the dark roast is delicious. The breakfast wraps aren’t bad but haven’t had chance to try the sandwiches yet.

Was actually surprised. The food was good, the service fast and the place was packed. Haven't gone for a long time as the service and food in most locations was putrid. Good iced cap. Still good

Only the younger ladies working here are nice, and even then it doesn't make up for the fact my food and packaging was covered in a oily butter substance when I never even ordered anything with butter... really gross and just wasted my money on food I couldn't enjoy. Also try and use your sticker labels that are there to tell you when food is expired, the chicken you gave me was hard and old... I don't think I'll ever be back to be honest it's worth the gas money to go some where else.
LyAnn and Prei both made a delicious slow cooked chicken which is toasted instead of grilled

I had a great experience at the Esquimalt Tim Hortons recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They worked efficiently, ensuring orders were prepared quickly and accurately. the cleanliness was also impressive. The dining area and the counters were well-maintained. I will definitely be coming back!
