From the very second i opened the door, my lungs became enthralled with smoke. Cotton candy and gummy bear aroma filled the air as i desperately gasped for my next breath. In this moment, I sensed death was upon me. The youth MUST be stopped. CAN WE PLEASE STOP WITH THE E CIGARETTES???!!??!!?! Back in my day, we had good old fashioned cigarettes and in 2024, we have teenagers vaping in tim hortons. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO. I am severely disappointed and sad to see the current state of our youth, these are our future lawyers, teachers, dentists, and doctors. How would you feel if you needed life saving surgery and your surgeon was taking a puff of double mint guava gummy bear gushing squirting ice???? I fear for our elders such as myself and i fear for our youth, and i also fear for tim hortons. Thank you if you read this, it means people out there truly care for the sake of our future. ❤️

DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!! Won't serve you a bagel and cream cheese or anything needing a toaster or anything machines after 9pm. Why the hell stay open then!? Not to mention all the business they are losing in that hour. Would be cool if companies could spring for enough time to clean after closing so the workers wouldn't have to screw over customer therefore possibly losing them. It would be simpler to just close earlier. It's an embarrassment to stay open and not be able to serve your customers... also the man working tonight (Fri July 13th) felt the need to try to mansplain "why you stop food at 9pm" needs to be spoken to asap about what customer service means. And maybe while you are at it you can explain woman in this country aren't submissive to men and he better watch himself.

I had a really bad experience at this place. I had a DoorDash delivery, and there were two women in the kitchen. One of them was named Love. They completely ignored me, and I waited 15 minutes for the order, which was ready at the counter. However, they ignored me because they were busy talking, laughing, gossiping, and having fun in the kitchen. It looked like they didn't have a manager around. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and other customers in line were also waiting and watching them. I had a very bad experience and would suggest the manager teach them proper customer service. Very, very disappointing. Who hires these tools...

I've been to this location before and never been very satisfied but after tonight I will not be going back. No food at night? No signs up saying that, no times given etc etc. I get it's hard to staff places now, but at least put a sign up. One of the staff members was video chatting with someone while making our drinks. And the whole place smelled like sewer. It was disgusting. A customer told them they had a "sewer problem" in one bathroom (how did they not notice?????) but they didn't do anything, not even put an out of order sign on the affected bathroom door. It was absolutely disgusting and honestly I'm glad I wasn't able to get food because I probably wouldn't have been able to eat it for the smell. My friend and I sat there for an hour because we wanted to catch up and it's the only place around, but next time I will be making other plans.
