Staff is really nice and great. But you need more staff. Sometimes the line is very very long. Other Tim Hortons have more staff than you. Why? Today you have just 2 people on the floor (including cashier, coffee and hot food area). Other places have 4-6 people at busy times.

These days there is very deservedly a long line of reviews documenting issues at Timmie’s. But let me tell you a GOOD news story about this Ravine Tim Hortons. I come mostly in the evenings, and most days I am looked after by Kartick. Here’s a dude that takes his job VERY seriously, and is a credit to the establishment. He’s the old-fashioned type who remembers his regulars’ orders, and is quick with a smile and a friendly word, and to make right any little snafu with your order. He’s extremely respectful and accommodating toward my elderly father who frequently accompanies me. (And, an honourable mention to Siobhan! She’s cut from the same cloth). Hold on to these ones — they make the place worth coming to day after day … when I can’t always say the same of a lot of the other Timmie’s around town which are struggling with the issues of our times).

I have never been let down by the food here, and the staff has been helpful and quick, especially when you mobile order through the Tims app. However, it is often a little messy inside, there are always smokers hanging around the outside, and the parking lot often gets taken over by bike gangs or large groups during certain times of day. If the parking lot doesn't look busy then you will probably have a great experience! If it does, then it might be best to go to another Tims.

Worst customer service ever, I asked for chilli soup, they said they dont have it. I asked for potato wedges they also dont have it. I asked them what can they recommend me for hot food. They said they dont have any at the moment! So i decided to just buy an iced capp. The person who serve me was named KARTIK HE IS A SUPERVISOR!!!!! I wont come in this location anymore!

Slowest and worst customer service of any timmies I've been to. I kept coming to this one since the location was convenient but it's just not worth it I won't be back. They are always super slow, today it took forever to get one bagel and all the employees looked miserable. Once we finally got our bagel it was wrong, so I walked up right to where they were handing out drinks/food to ask for it fixed(holding my wrong bagel and overall obviously looking like I wanted to talk). Three employees avoided looking at me handed out things around me and quickly turned away to avoid talking to me. When I finally got one person's attention they took my wrong bagel just saying 'oh', and quickly turned away from me. Eventually got the right bagel but no one even said a simple sorry. They avoided eye contact looked stressed and never said a full sentence of anything, just 'oh'

The food options are limited due to missing ingredients in the wraps on this visit. The employees didn’t seem to care and not inform of missing items. Tables, floor, the place needs a cleanup as all the tables were dirty. Can’t recommend this location.

The worst service from the counter! The server named Allison took my order when another lady from the back asked what I was waiting for. I said “the wedges,” and then she told Allison they didn’t have fresh ones. Allison just looked at me and said, “I don’t have wedges,” with a grumpy face — and that was it. No apology, no offer of something else. I’ve seen Tim Hortons servers in the island who always politely explain when they run out of something, but this Allison clearly doesn’t care about her job or the customers.
