Staff is really nice and great. But you need more staff. Sometimes the line is very very long. Other Tim Hortons have more staff than you. Why? Today you have just 2 people on the floor (including cashier, coffee and hot food area). Other places have 4-6 people at busy times.
I've been coming to this location for many years and always get good customer service, especially from Kartick and his team .
Always very welcoming and good service to everyone.

These days there is very deservedly a long line of reviews documenting issues at Timmie’s. But let me tell you a GOOD news story about this Ravine Tim Hortons. I come mostly in the evenings, and most days I am looked after by Kartick. Here’s a dude that takes his job VERY seriously, and is a credit to the establishment.
