This is the dirtiest Tim I've ever seen! The photos I took over the course of a week prove that the floor isn't even swept, let alone washed. Mousetraps in the kitchen are visible from the dining room; the mice apparently like it here. The tables and chairs are always sticky, the windows are dirty. There aren't even mirrors in the restrooms... Shame on your boss!!! Hey boss, your employees don't respect you or your customers!!! I can't understand why Canadians tolerate this kind of treatment... If the dining room is so dirty, I dread to imagine what's going on in the refrigerators!!!

Ordered online at 9:15pm, came to pickup after 30 minutes and the food order had not even been started. Seems there are only 2 people working weekday nights. It turns out eventhough I was able to order and pay for items such as a salad bowl, they are not actually available (at night?). Tim Hortons please update your online ordering so pickup orders reflect the food that is actually available.

First time in ages I had exceptional service at a Tim Hortons. The cashier actually talked to me. I ordered an americano. She told me that as a child an Americano sounded so special so her Mom ordered her one. At eight she wasn’t thrilled, but now it’s her favourite order. It was cool being able to hold a conversation. Nowadays there isn’t much chat. I had had a crazy morning, and so happy I went… it was a last minute thing.
The store was clean. Garbage bin, wasn’t overflowing, and tables were clean -first time in ever. Floor wasn’t a sticky mess. Will definitely come in again if I see this darling girl serving.
I didn’t get her name, but she has a black cat. We discussed cats - I bought the new hallowe’en mug.

I'm done with Tim's from now on... Dirty dirty dirty!!!! Flys in the display landing on the food, behind the counter is a cockroach playground. The tables are filthy, the floor is sticky, the garbage is over flowing / fly breading ground, the food is just no longer food. A breakfast sandwich is what? Cold chunk of egg with unmelted cheese.
When you order chill, they add water to the heated container and spoon extra water into your bowl. When you question it, chilli soup!! Chilli soup!! No, chilli!!! Someone who has never seen chilli is serving it to you and telling you what it's supposed to be??
I've seen workers come out of the bathroom with no obvious signs of washing their hands.

Why is the owner making fake apologies? Nothing done about the problems. Look at the dates of these other complaints...

Go somewhere else. I am now going to Starbucks even though I disagree with their political opinions. At least I know I won't get sick or eat fly eggs that will soon be maggots while I'm trying to have a morning apple fritter.
I went through Tim’s, island highway location at about 8:15am, Everything was great except when we got too the window, we got handed our food and drinks, but then as we drove away and tasted our food and drinks. The Caramel ice coffee with extra caramel, Had no Caramel, Or sugar. It was so bitter. Then they also didn’t add sugar into our medium dark roast. And last but not least, The bagel I had gotten was burnt, Only butter when I paid the extra for the cream cheese.
Unfortunately this was a bad experience and a waste of my money and time. Definitely prefer the Langford,Westshore location

Terrible service. Rude staff that are always rushing you. They barely speak or understand English. They charge you wrong and get mad when you ask. Your order is basically thrown out the window at you. Also don't assume debit everytime. I want to scan my tims card for rewards first!
