Let's be honest for a minute, Timmies is not the best coffee, nor is it the best food, and the service is somewhat frenetic, or non existent. Having said all that, there is something about the anticipation of arriving and the joy of leaving with a hot coffee that you know will taste exactly like the last one you had just that morning. And the same as the one you had 4 times the day before. There is comfort in consistency, and that is the magic elixir of Tim Hortons.

Wish I could leave positive review bc I’d rather not complain; however, the worst experience. Got my order wrong, I went back n they remade my tea n used the same up as wrong order, filled the cup 3/4, and did not add the sweetener.

Last two visits have had mouldy eggs, don’t know how that happens on “fresh cracked” eggs. No apologies were given. Called over the phone the first time and the guy just kept telling me the store hours when I told him the situation. Today the drive thru worker just snatched it sand said he’ll make a new one not any care. Disgusting it takes two seconds to look at the food before you prep it.

It says you are 24 hours on your website but for inside orders you are not? I highly suggest changing that on your website and store info. You have drive thru times and online ordering times but nothing saying about your inside store hours. Not even at your front door as the other customer and I both looked and double checked online again.

Then you told two people to just walk over to your drive thru window and order as other cars are driving thru it then telling us to wait while you help the cars that came there after us. We waited close to 15 minutes in the cold and all I ordered was a French vanilla. so not only was it embarrassing and confusing for me and the other customer I didn't know but also very unsafe and not a great service experience for us.
