Tora Tiki is hands-down one of my favourite spots in Victoria. Every time I walk in, it feels like a mini vacation—amazing atmosphere, the kindest staff, and cocktails that never miss. The whole team makes you feel welcome, and the drinks are as fun as they are tasty. Can’t recommend it enough.
I've been in this bar a few times with friends, with my lover, and for a drink by myself. I felt pampered every time.

Staff were friendly but not super attentive (but the night was busy too!). Had a karaoke room booked for 2 hours, I liked the set up! Had a really good time. Wasn't overly impressed with the drinks and found them very pricey. No blended drinks because they don't have a blender (maybe because its a small bar and its too noisy to have?), no freezer for the ice cream I brought for dessert (which they apologized for- a miscommunication with management). The menu still says...
